I had managed to convince 2-3 colleagues of mine to invest in crypto projects in early 2018 but with drastic bear trend now most of the people are scared of investing into it. Truly speaking people all around are looking for growth in their investment by investing in crypto, nobody bothers to talk about its benefits over traditional payment methods.Current market situations are making it difficult to convince people about cryptocurrencies as there are many issues like legalization, high volatility, no centralize control etc. We need to talk about decentralize benefits, benefits of high volatility to make bring non crypto users to use cryptocurrencies.

what you are saying sounds more like one of those micropayment jobs you usually see advertised on the internet which are a complete waste of time and could even infect your computer if you follow their instructions including visiting random sites! they advertise it like "things you already do" then you see you have to do mundane tasks for long hours to make a cent!

One of the examples is Wirex, where you get a cashback for all your purchases with the credit / debit card in Bitcoin. There are other credit cards with cashback systems, but also a lot of credit cards without.

Another example is Lolli, a cashback system for online purchases that pays in Bitcoin.

Microtasks could be a thing, but there you have to explicitly do something you probably wouldn't otherwise do.

But in general the fact that I can't come up with more examples is the precise reason why I'm posting this question ;-)

I don't think it would really help a lot to get a non-crypto user if it is jusy a cashback,
I think the best is introduce it to them and tell them it's potential and or find a wallet that they could easily use for daily transaction if there is available in your location.
People don't need crypto if it is just for cashback because there are so many mobile application that offer it.

When bitcoin rises in 2017, there non-crypto users were naturally attracted to using crypto by directly investing in Bitcoin. I think with the surge or good news, non crypto users automatically enter the world of crypto. Maybe another way that makes non crypto users interested in using crypto is by promotion  gift, who doesn't want a gift, everyone will want to, they will be interested, it's just that they lack info, if only they knew about the gift in this forum, maybe they all came here.

Adoption and advertisement are the principle keys on having more non crypto users (people) involved onto this cryptocurrency world.
Teaching them by offering some small sample on how to use it for something they mostly prefer and it's difficult to find will give meaning to them for introducing themselves into it.

If you think about something that for instance is at "dark web" like medicine which could fix some of your health problems for cheaper price it will make them wanting to use such technology

Most of the engagement involving nowadays has contact to crypto. There are plenty of ways on how you can recieve or earn crypto. You can actually start by getting attached or involved here in the forum. Find the ways by going to beginners and help so that your questions may be answered. You can also try joining bounty campaigns here but make sure first that you have enough knowledge before getting involved on one. Be mindful always to scammers because the newbies are the most prone and vulnerable to them.

this is a way to provide information widely, but only includes those who want to know it but who don't know it will not be interested. so I myself did the learning about crypto to those closest to me first so that they could find out how my income was generated from crypto

How exactly do you know if a certain person want to learn how to use the crypto? You might be wasting your time if you teach the wrong person. There are lots of ways you can spend your cryptocurrency, you can spend them through gift cards, that's if you want to use them to buy the stuff you need like on Amazon. There are also stores where you can buy what you want direct with Bitcoin as payment without switching to gift cards, like overstock.com.

If you want you can make use of debit cards as well, but I have not used the Wirex card you mentioned, I heard you will have to verify your identity to be able to make use of their services. Though that's not a problem for me, I already make use of BitPay and it works for me. Just like Wirex, Bitpay offers their users a Visa debit card that they can use to withdraw cash from the ATM, or pay for services online.

I actually demonstrated how bitcoin works and it is the reason why my friend are now interested to use it. There is a mobile bitcoin wallet that only applicable in my country because of the feautures like buying load, buying points in games and paying bills. I demonstrated to them how the transaction occuring and they becone interested because they saw the potential of the bitcoin. I also show my earnings and it encouraged them to adopt bitcoin.
