And most of them are just for the team's gain.
However, if you can truly implement your objectives, and be of useful to streaming community, then you may have a chance.
I, for one, is a consumer of torrent/streaming networks.

POP Masternodes solve one of the biggest problems facing p2p file sharing…maintaining nodes on the network so content is always available. Think of it this way… If you are being paid by the blockchain as a Masternode to host content then what is the likelihood that you will take your node offline?
 
As a consumer of torrent/streaming networks, this means you are more likely to see files with high seed/leech ratio. No more stranded torrents!

That is one of their challenges in this market. As many of these mn projects have left and abandoned by their respective devs after gaining profit, they need huge effort to show to the community that they are not just another mn project that will siphon the money from those investors. They have found their potential use case but how far they can implement their use case before slowly abandoning this project, if they already sold their masternodes?

Interesting concept but I don't think we need an ICO for that. I think this project just adds layers of complexity to the equation of streaming. If you want censor-proof and somewhat more decentralized access to servers, then why not just create a marketplace where people can list their servers? An existing crypto could be used for that and it would be more secure too.
