Hello!

We have a problem. Our previous account Betmatch was banned and we don't know understand why. We haven't sent any spam or done plagiarism. We've got the message in the red line and there was an email address to send an appeal. So we've sent but got no answer. We want to know why our account was blocked. Moreover, we'd like to recover our account. Please, help us to solve this problem.

In the message that you receive some reason should be stated why you got a ban, but it is probably because of spam or plagiarism. Although your chances are not great to get the account back, posting ban appeal without key information can only further complicate the whole thing.

If this account is really your main account, and this thread is the thread that you created.

I think (perhaps) there is one member in this forum who reports your thread. as i've seen, thread that you created, averagely are commented by newbie accounts. This can be the reason of the complainant that:
- Your project is not a legit project
- You hire someone who has multiple accounts to post to your thread (out of topic, i still can't understand how people can talk to themselves. ask some question and answered by same person..   )

And frankly (although this seems cruel), I agree with the reporter's actions

Betmatch does not pay. I'm waiting for my payment since 10 October.
Support responds with template answers (like: We know about your problem and referred it to the technical department). I have 8 BTC at my account balance and it looks like they are scammers.
Bitcointalk is my last hope for a positive outcome. The next step will be to contact the police (I know the name of the Betmatch CEO)

I found these complaints and accusations for your project, maybe your project is considered invalid or deceiving others. This is right before you ask and submit an appeal for your account.
