Since the OP said that he is looking for the workers so this means he won't charge the workers but instead he will pay the workers 25000 weekly. This is what is my understanding and what it suggest from that text written by him. However I don't think it will be 25K$ weekly as it is too much amount.

Don't get emotional, you are not spamming and it's your right to initiate a signature campaign for your services or hire the workers.
Please be clear in your stance as will you be giving 25000 to the one whom you hire, what is the criteria of them to be selected and will they be given this amount to the one selected if they are able to sale your services or it will be given even if they do the marketing thing but unable to make sales.
