New bump algorithm applied in Service Announcement (Bitcoin)

In Service Announcement (bitcoin), I can't see the post which received response latest. It's looking like the same as altcoin bounties and announcement section (new bump algorithm.). I have not sorted by anything. It's when I normally browse the section. I think posts with last post must be on top but that's not the case.
Is it normal in tat section?

Yes, that's normal.
"Service Announcements" is one the four boards that have been affected by new bumping system. So, in this board, the topics are sorted by their bump score as default. You can If you want to see the topics sorted by the time of their last post, just click on "last post" column header.
