I searched about its mentioning in Meta but ended up with one result and it says "Maybe this Roger guy owns the domain BITCOINTROLL.ORG"

The way I found out about BitcoinTroll.org is by reverse IP lookup. I just searched if Bitcointalk.org IP has any other domains or not, so it looked like that BitcoinTroll.org is on the same server.

If I'm not wrong then it is not possible to Roger Ver own this domain, maybe it belongs to Theymos or Cobra? Anyone know about it and its purpose?
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Archive has a few captures, dating as far back as 2014: http://archive.ph/bitcointroll.org.
When the site was accessible, the archived version adds a caption indicating "redirected to", meaning that it seemd to redirect to bitcointalk.org.
