The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

I think you're right.

Yes, it's a scam. Don't deposit anything unless you want to lose it.
But there is a real time post with scammer sites?

There are so many scams.
Develop your own method of research (due dilligence) and, if in doubt, don't.
Example:
Google the physical address they provide. Does this give you confidence that they are a legitimate project?

https://www.google.com/maps/place/1072+Noe+St,+San+Francisco,+CA+94114,+USA/@37.7518727,-122.431941,3a,75y,264.95h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sk9JqNBcXrtVbPzrqt1wxbQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!4m5!3m4!1s0x808f7e13aeb26c93:0x4bcba9c7e474c8f3!8m2!3d37.7518339!4d-122.4322365

Whatever explanation they reason out, the fact that they can make your funds x20 on a short period of time, that's a ponzi.

This is a common scam but I can't imagine why people still fall into these kind of traps, I know that not all of us are techie and knowledgeable about crypto but these kind of scam is too obvious because if it's just as easy to double or triple your Bitcoin then what's the point of holding it?

Besides that this is an obvious scam they are also selling their domain name in flippa which just proves that they are trying to exhaust out more money from their scam before they exit out of it. Don't be fooled into this pay something before you get their award schemes as obviously there are other methods/ways you can do it without pulling out your wallet.

I disagree with the gambling comparison here since the users (victims) here are always losing. You might be talking about hyip sites or any kind of scams with referral commissions in which users have a chance to earn commission from one of their recruits, in this scenario however sending money to them doesn't given them any real chance that they would receive anything in return, this is the type of scam where anyone who will send money will instantly become a victim.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. Some people KNOW it's a scam, but still deposit to sites - I meant it's gambling in THEIR minds.

Yes, it is a scam indeed either way, it's just a different way of looking at it. /shrug

They don't want to think so just copy the text from another site so this is often done by scamers.
Well never mind we already know that scamer continues to copy without thinking hard.

Others are already aware of this scheme. However, since the amount to risks is somehow can afford to lose, they will still test the waters. These sh*t sites, although their attempt is somehow obvious, they can still play and take over with the mindset of those greedy and desperate people.

People will really never learn until they realized how big their losses are.
