For those who are confused about this raffle, I'll explain as simple as possible based on what I've understand on OP's post. There will be two rows, and the first one is already full, and the second one do still have some slots left, once the two rows are all filled up, Krogo will start the 404'th raffle, and the 405'th will be on Monday.

Meaning to say, we'll have one winner on each row, so we'll have two winners, one for today, and one for Monday.
