I don't think it would be ideal to use that website solely because of the almost non-existent pages here in bitcointalk, let alone all the scams I saw regarding the closeness towards the URL like https://bitcoinadvertisers.com

I suggest you don't use it, and it might just get your minimum deposit, $10, as indicated on the website. But if you want to try, only share the result after and see if you would regret it or not.

Why don't you use CoinZilla or CoinAd to advertise your site? As far I know these are the two ad networks performing well currently. However, you should check on your own before using it.

They might have poor support or your ticket was lost while sending.

The first time I heard of these two networks so can't say who they copied, if they did, then it's signaling not to use them.
But if you still want to use them then go ahead and ask them why you can't deposit to your account. They are the only ones who can answer your question.

Anyway, why do you always find the less famous ones to use?

There are some websites showing this bitcoinadvertise.net as an ads it seems there are some bloggers and faucet owners use bitcoinadvertise and put the ads on their blog and faucet site.

Look at these two websites: sundaymovies9k.blogspot.com and this dog4188.faucetfly.com

The domain is new so I don't think they are legit it seems never mention this ad network here

What exactly your problem it seems you didn't mention it yet?

Better try this list below

1. Coinzilla is number one of the top ad network and you can see this mostly in faucet sites.
2. CoinAd is another good advertising network you can also see this in some faucets.
3. A-ads I use this before and they are paying both CPM and clicks.
4. Cointraffic not mostly use but I saw this in some blog sites.

The rankings of these ad networks are base on my research and mostly they use these in faucet sites and some blog sites.

https://bitcoinadvertise.net/ is suitable for those who want to make money from them. But I'm not sure they will pay you when you have enough balance.
They only allow you to add banners on your website to make money and do not allow you to advertise banners on their website system.
