After reading it further, I finally thought of one core point. The fact that Donald Trump is a reliable businessman, he knows what is profitable and not, the things related to his position as president is how the government is able to manage all this in the existing economic structure. In the Obama period there were also many legislators who supported bitcoin, so there was no advantage if Trump practically banned bitcoin, because it was more politically advantageous.
