I don't see a reason why a legitimate casino would turned out to be a scam just because they have a bonus offer.

If that casino has been reputable all of these times, I don't think that they'll turn themselves into a scammer just because they don't want to pay those customers that are eligible for it.

Yeah, their intentions aren't good since the very beginning or as you said: they have a mindset to steal. Because in a situation where the casino is just lacking funds on the present moment to pay a jackpot or any other promotional reward to a gambler, they could simply tell the person the prize is going to take some time to arrive, that is, until the casino makes enough profit to pay it. Gandom maybe yes because the site is still new and can build a good reputation in the long run who knows, but I will advise you to be careful with 1xbit as there have been several accusations against them on this forum and the site as a long history of taking players money and banning accounts with any redress.
