Seems that there are still many problems to be fixed at betroar.
IMO it will be better if they set the site into maintenance mode while they are fixing all those problems.
Once everything fixed then they can come back, it is just look not that good to see many complains here.
Or relaunch the site with beta phase first so every possible bugs can be found during the beta phase.
Just my opinion.

It's most probably 15 x amount received , so that's 0.015 btc . Imagine if 15 bets was needed you could simply bet 50 satoshi 15 times and you would clear it very fast without risking losing it.

I doubt there is enough reason to be "this" mad, I get it you had a wager and you bet on it and you should have won but didn't, however at this current moment you are at a position where you got your money back and didn't lost anything, just the potential profit and not your money at all. Is that a bad feeling? Sure it is, you should have more money but you don't and that is bad however it is not as bad as losing all of your money.

I do understand your frustration and you should point out the wrong and failed things in the website and they should take it as feedback and get better however how long can you continue like this? Like to give an obviously wrong example, would you continue like this for 100 years? You wouldn't, would you stop after 10 seconds? You wouldn't. That means there is a middle ground where you should stop and I think you are right around there.

Since they arent that prepared then they should at least close up their site same as said earlier and then try to fix all things up then they relaunch or having that official opening and this time
all should really be set properly.

We wont know if they would consider on having a signature campaign or not as long they do mention out about marketing then they might able to consider it out.

It is not in the best of any project to start marketing without having every piece of their project already tested and set up without any problems or delays because if they are marketing their product which is not self-complete at all then their will lose on their potential customers while also wasting all their money and timely efforts that they will give behind marketing.

It is better for them to do some sharp tweaks as this site needs a lot of functions added in it, before they start to market their product. Site is incomplete and they should not serve something like that esp. when they are in the phase of building their reputation in the market. They should take a break and calm down, decide the changes they want to make, then apply those changes. Test them all and if everything looks working good, then they should launch it at one time.

It is not easy for betroar to actually even exist, let alone have a decent casino running. People do not realize how difficult what they do is, sure there are odds and there are betting but we are talking about a place that is not as simple as "you won" or "you lost" in the gaming section, we have to wait for the results and there is a game going on and hell even the chat is literally from twitch.

So, we can just give them a small break, they will get better and better, as you can see the exploit there is covered and fixed now and there could be some other bugs and there could be back log as well but all of it given enough time will be covered. We should appreciate what they are doing because they are bringing something brand new to casino world.
