Not legit base on what I see about their website and the domain is new according to whois.

And I found this on their first page

Which is impossible to happen on new domains. So for me, it's obvious made for scamming purposes.

If you don't want to lose your coins/money much better to stay away.

Anyhow, there is already a thread, even I says that this is a scam, [SCAM?!] How to withdraw funds from InstaGlobalPay?. So stay away and don't used it at all.
