I sit at the computer all day and the last time I had back pain. How do you deal with this?
I experienced the same as well when I was still working months ago.

This works for me:
Standing for few minutes
Having full body massage
I tried yoga too

If it does not work then seek for a medical help.

My best advice would be to take advise from medical professionals only. It's not because some person you know was happy following treatment course A that this treatment course is suitable in your specific case. A medical professional has a better chance of actually finding out what will work for you instead of taking a stab in the dark.
above all the response from us ?this is the best advice to be taken.

because very truthful advice as it is not applicable for everyone the treatment of each other because this is case to case basis,sometimes we though its just because of some veins stocked or cold but the truth is we have internal problems in other parts of the body so best is go to medical experts and seek for the rightful treatment.
Thats the best way if back pain are going to long must better to go in a medical experts on what we gonna do, Maybe they are giving us some treatment medicine or a therapy that would be effected to remove back pain. We always struggle if we have back pain we cant focus in our if they have always so we need go to medical experts if we want to back pain gone.

back pain is serious sickness ,many treat this as just ordinary pain but sometimes this is indication of other more serious internal problems.thats why better to seek for professional guidance and not just other advice,maybe those random advice is for temporary pain but if the symptoms persist then go to the nearest hospital.

That is not good for your health. At least, you need to move from your chair after 1-2 hours and try to take a deep breath in open space in your home. Don't forget to drink water because that will give you a fresh mind too. Take a rest for a while if you feel your back in pain and feels not right. Last but not least, don't sit in the chair all day and try to add more time to relax.

And try to take just 5 minutes every morning to jog before the move then your back disease will soon disappear from your life.

What if my back hurts because of scoliosis or a bad chair? I don't think that warm water or jogging can help

I'm not confident about my posture these days and I think, this is because of how I post during office hours.

LOL, honestly I've just got my stiff neck because of having a higher pillow. I didn't notice that while I'm sleeping and I've felt the effect a few days ago.

3. Are your working environment comfortable?

You should have a good chair with back support and sit closely to your desk, so that you don't have to stretch your hands and thus add pressure to your back.
This, I think this is the source of my back pain. I don't have a good chair and I don't have enough headrest. Although, I'm comfortably sitting but sometimes I really feel the pain. I guess my posture while working isn't correct, I'll invest to a good chair because my health gets affected badly.

You just have to not sit on the computer all day.
Take small breaks and stand up do some steps and then sit back again. Do that as much as you can during the day.

To deal with back pain ,it will be good to note the hours with which we sit in front of our computers, also to note our sitting positions in our various offices.  Regular exercise will be part of activities that can be carried out and if after a while , their is no improvement ,it will be better to consult a Medical  Doctor who will be in the best position to advice and prescribe drugs for the back Pain.

I would definitely advise you stretching in the morning and in the evening. Also sport hobbies can help you improve your lower back muscles.

Maybe don't sit in a computer all day if you are working then try standing up once in a while or maybe fix your chair/request a better chair.
