They are not doing since weeks. In my opinion, they should be treated as insolvent, unless otherwise proved. As TMAN said, this should be a very reasonable request and a request that should be fulfilled within minutes, maybe hours - not weeks. |

They're working on providing you a signed address with 19BTC.. what don't you understand, TMAN? They don't have it, they're working on it.  There's no way this will go in their favor. But unfortunately I don't think there's much to be done here by us - if MegaDice was innocent, they would've publicly provided proof that the allegation is false and newalias did not win the 19BTC. It's in their best interest. Even if they were right and newalias was lying, this entire thread shows how much they respect their customers. These idiots are ruining Bitcoin's reputation because new people always fall in their traps.. |

Now that the MegaDice login has stopped posting here I have also left negative feedback, they deserve it. I hope they never get any users visiting their website and hope they shut down but your 19 BTC is a huge amount to be scammed. Sadly, you might have to go down the legal route but first try to get Curacao eGaming to resolve the matter if possible.
Do you have any update on this? Have the Curacao eGaming team been in touch?

Sorry to read about that but Curacao are really just a tin-pot useless organisation that give a fake cover to anybody applying for a licence when the websites they cover could just as easily operate without it. It was still a good idea to contact them first just in case they arbitrated and helped out but sadly they proved to be as useless as their licence and badge being displayed on several gaming websites. I suppose that leaves only the legal route, is that what you will do next? I would hate to be in your position losing out on 19 BTC because of a trash scam website that selectively scams winners. If they get away with this will keep going trying to scam others too and the problem is compounded by spending more money on legal fees considering you are already 19 BTC down. Do you have any update on this? Have the Curacao eGaming team been in touch?
