Holding TKY will somehow still be in a rational realm, because like the numerous amount of similar token which offers some "stake" for holding (with no other utilities beside that) them, there is still a (nearly nonexistent) chance someone will hold great percentage of the token and creates scarcity, thus a price increment.

But what'll be the benefits of owning New City token? It's free, it has no purpose other than being sold, people will instantly sell them once received, creating a dump because there's no other purpose that can be a leverage

Still not solving the issue of token utility. Even by encouraging to NOT buying during pre-sale, doesn't means your project instantly become a good or worthy project. You didn't address my previous question, which actually right above your post, so I will strongly assume my statement is right, that there's no outcome in holding City token.

Also, just by encouraging people to "invest" during uniswap and not during pre-sale doesn't instantly means you're trustworthy, team has 10% reserve, as well as 10% allocated in the conveniently ambiguous "operation and advertisement". There's no guarantee you didn't dump a lot of them right away

It is a little unusual that the individual hard cap will be limited to 1 ETH, but on the other hand it can guarantee a fair distribution
