plagiarism of words, is it forbidden? Is this a scam? not?
It might not necessarily be proof of a scam, but plagiarism is extremely frowned upon here and it's seen again and again with ICO scammers plagiarizing whitepapers in addition to all the other examples on the forum.  Basically, if you're stealing someone else's words--and the work that was put into forming those words into useful information--why shouldn't people think you're just a thief in general?  You're using someone else's work in order to promote your website, and that's not cool.

Whether your site is a scam or not, the plagiarism was why morvillz7z brought it to the community's attention and he's not a scammer.  You can try to defend your point of view here, but there's no reason to open a scam accusation thread against him.

Wait, all that you wrote now is just speculation. This is not an ICO, the design of this site is not plagiarized, only if the description. It is forbidden? - not. Is it possible or because of this to say that this site is scam? - of course not. He also said that this site is phishing, but that’s not true. Any of you can check this site through an online antivirus. Why I can't create a topic against him in this section, and he can, without any evidence? At least I have facts that he is wrong, and he does not have a single fact about scam or phishing. Many sites copy the description, this does not mean anything. Let's communicate purely on the basis of facts. In this section, people report scam resources or individual persons. But he has no evidence of this, his topic is offtop and has nothing to do with reality.

Do you understand that now because of him other people will see this topic in Google? The opinion of people can be negatively changed based on his lies. Who gave him the right to do this? I repeat, any of you can check that this site is not phishing and is not fscam. He did not provide any evidence or fact. Based only on a description that looks like copied from other sites, you cannot accuse the site of fraud or phishing, his thread is not related to this section

This is not my site, I just know that this site is legitimate and any of you can check this.

I didn't say you were running an ICO, just that the community here has seen so many instances of plagiarism within the ICO space that they've come to associate plagiarized descriptions with scamming.  I also didn't say you'd stolen the design of the site, and I'm only going by what morvillz7z showed in the other thread.

As far as plagiarism and whether it's forbidden or not, that depends on your local laws.  But none of the legal stuff matters, because it's not acceptable practice around here, and that's why you got called out on it.  People generally agree that it's not right for someone to use someone else's words without their permission.  Does that not make sense to you?

Copying words does not violate the laws of any country, it is not prohibited in any country.

Copying words does not violate the laws of any country, it is not prohibited in any country.
Copy-pasting is stealing content and might be determined as untrustworthy. Especially for this case, copy-pasting leads to lies out of context and includes copy-pasting achievements like from armory:

Here the text blockcoins has copy-pasted from armory:

Quote from: Blockcoins copypasta
Blockcoins is the most secure and full featured solution available for users and institutions to generate and store Bitcoin private keys. This means users never have to trust the Blockcoins team and can use it with the Glacier Protocol. Satoshi would be proud!

Users are empowered with multiple encrypted Bitcoin wallets and permanent one-time ‘paper backups’. Blockcoins pioneered cold storage and distributed multi-signature. Bitcoin cold storage is a system for securely storing Bitcoins on a completely air-gapped offline computer.

The Blockcoins team is highly experienced in cryptography and private key ceremonies. For example, they have collaborated with Verisign on developing an innovative Identity Verification Specification for establishing trust on the Internet. At Blockcoins, we strive to constantly improve the best Bitcoin wallet with new security features.

Tell me, who has pioneered cold storage and distributed multi-signature? Armory or Blockcoins? I'm confused...
And of course, Blockcoins has collaborated with Verisign, too, like Armory? Blockcoins is deceiving customers because they make up lies even if it's a legit exchange (what I highly doubt, looks like a Scamsite)

Do you understand that now because of him other people will see this topic in Google?
Yes, it's beneficial, that people see it on Google now and will be warned.  Tongue

He shared the plagiarized content and the source. Are you trying to say it was a coincidence that your texts where the same?
Plagiarism has been used by many scammers here both in the past and today so it's no surprise that people will become suspicious of your project upon citing plagiarism.

What is so hard with creating your own content?

He leave a negative review about the normal site.
Morvillz7z is food inspector IRL, he tried your food and it was too salty. I would fire that chef of yours, obviously he just can't make decent meal.

People generally agree that it's not right for someone to use someone else's words without their permission.

So you open a scam accusation because someone left you a negative trust?

That same thing happened to me and i move over, and eight months later i became good friend with the person that left me the negative trust, and now we are the best friends ever.

A negative trust is like a scar, you will need to learn to live with it.

Morvillz7z is NOT a liar, and you did copy/paste text.
Phishing can't always be detected with virus detection
I don't know why are you complaining if you can't prove anything.

This website you have is using same template as other scam I found before:
