Never used nor heard about this Exchange.

Regardless of the platform, I believe that KYC is enough to prove your identity and get the account unfreeze. Asking a deposit is too much, are you sure you visited the correct site? If yes, I think you should contact the support about it and confirm.

What I noticed on the screenshot (snipped from what you provided):

1. New user? But you said you're already KYC verified
2. Your balance of - the amount wasn't mentioned, which is a bit suspicious (or you edit/remove it?)
3. Protection from bots - I don't think having a deposit would be the best solution for that, and why 0.05?

It's a scam exchange obviously (this MO is well known btw). Bot protection is bullshit. Why did you go as far as doing KYC in the first place?

Sorry but your funds (if any) are gone even if you transfer 0.05 BTC.

Verification process
aeroCHANGE has adopted an online verification procedure which will require you to complete an online questionnaire and attach certain documents as support.
Your information and documents were approved by admin
https://i.imgur.com/1sqDrRg.jpg

My conversation with Admin (support)
2019-11-27 15:38 ( ME )  How long does the KYC Process complete?
2019-11-27 18:17 ( support ) Dear customer of Aerochange! We are sorry to inform you, but due to recent changes in our Terms of Service (ToS),
we had to disable the function to withdraw money from unvalidated users, that try withdraw money higher than 1 BTC, to prevent bots and scammers from withdrawing stealed funds.
To continue, please validate your account, by depositing 0,05 BTC to your Aerochange Team. With best regards, after making deposits, you will return your bitcoins back and your account will be unfrozen! Aerochange Team.
2019-11-27 18:21 ( ME ) As far as I know, there is a KYC in the exchange (i.e. proof of account ownership and not a spammer or scammer) I have an account at another exchange where there is no system like this, and I just found out that the system must deposit first while I have given information to myself
2019-11-27 19:03 ( support )We have no reason to deceive you and lose the reputation of our company! As well as large investors with whom we have long cooperated! All users of our exchange comply with the rules of the trading contract! Our exchange has long been legally registered led by the world society of exchange trading! Aerochange Team.

It is so don't deposit anything. Depositing funds does not in any way help in proving that the coins are clean.

Here are cases with similar scam method, there's a lot more as it is indeed a common one but im not gonna dig all of them so-

101% Scam!

They do actually have the dumbest reasoning for them to ask 0.05 deposit just to get rid of bots?  Grin

If you passed up some documents then expect for those info either be sold or leaked out.

Dont do any deposits because any service/individual that do ask amount for you to proceed on something does signify a clear scam.

As others said, yes. Please do some research before you use an exchange or any services in the future, especially if it involves KYC, so you don't fall for a scam like this.

You know here in the forum and why you did not make a research first before making a deposit and going through the KYC.
That is an old scam strategy and asking to have a deposit first before they can withdraw their fund. So, if a newbie like you will fall into this trap thinking a small number of funds can risk just hoping that they can withdraw a big amount of what they have deposited and trade.

Use the search engine box first on this thread before choosing an exchange, Scam Accusations nor in google, you can search some reviews on the said exchange sites.
