Stop to follow any projects that offered non sense things like you can earn dividend regularly.As far as i know if that will never be possible consider the healthy dividend must be earned through the product that has already created by the developer. Simple put, the legit project will offer you good profit from its utilization/function of their project.

But, the scam project will tempting you with high profit that you can't do anything.

I mean, he just convince you that you will get profit but they didn't explain how their project work and from what you will get the profit.
