I think I know what Op wants. I remember asking similar question on this forum 2017/2018.
He probably wants a wallet he can easily manage multiple addresses for security reasons. It's quite risky to have lots of Bitcoin on a single address. It can easily be stolen at once by kidnapper, thief, hacker, criminal etc. One of the safest ways to store huge amount of Bitcoin is to easily have it split or assembled into multiple addresses & back to single address. The splitting and assembling thing need to be done automatically on a single platform for ease of use.   So , if a kidnapper or thief asks for your Bitcoin, a part or few parts of the coins can be given to him/her while you still have the remaining parts.
 I hope this is what Op wants. And there probably are hardwallets with the feature.

If intelligence agencies can control some exchanges, it can also control some bitcoin mixers.

I'm pretty sure that they have some mixers up and running, not only for Bitcoin but for other cryptos as well. If you think about it, it's almost impossible for them to not have mixers up and running because it exposes the activities of people governments so badly want to find out about. Where do people go for privacy (regardless of the reason why people seek more privacy)? Right. Mixers.

This is why I sticked to only Bitmixer before, and now only Chipmixer. Governments are catching up slowly but surely while we think they remain ignorant. That's absolutely not the case.

I don't think it will be a big problem, one wallet can accept many transactions. the most important thing is the security of the wallet that holds the funds, as long as the wallet is safe then I think hacking will be difficult. and security also depends on how you save important files

The only problem I personally see with privacy is that someone associates our coin address with our real identity. It is then possible for such information to fall into the wrong hands, and there are people who would be very happy to visit you for less than 5 BTC because in some countries this amount is a real fortune.

I think we should definitely separate hot and cold wallets, and this is very easy with creating extra accounts in hardware wallets and for extra privacy by using coin mixers.

Better be safe than sorry. Safety precautions because of too much paranoid could be a good thing to be have when it comes to security and assurance, if you had too many BTC, yes, it is not really a good idea to store it up in one container, "don't put all the eggs in just one basket", but if money is not a problem, just buy a lot of hardware wallets and store all of your bitcoins there divided.

One can always use CoinJoin, either as an additional layer, or all by itself. That does not really need a 3rd party mixer and there are now some services or wallets that try to integrate this function, such as JoinMarket or Wasabi Wallet. You don't need to use it all the time, but you can prepare a future transaction by doing the mixing or CoinJoin before you need it.

actually in one address we can receive a lot of coins, so I think what you need can be realized. but it's a good idea to manipulate the delivery of the goal so that things like hackers don't target your wallet, and this is done for security purposes
