Paiement can be made via Paypal as the only option to do this. As am not in a country supported by PayPal, i can't use their service. My question is Does there any solution here in the forum to ask someone to buy it for me using his paypal? and i will pay him in btc. How to find this person and how to deal with him? By proceeding, yes i found that i can use bitpay to pay for it. I didn't use that website before and just now to discover that Keepkey is the name of official wallet for shapeshift. This lead me to ask if i have to connect Keepkey to a registered shapeshift account ? Isn't an indepandant wallet that works seperately?

Am from Tunisia. Here we can't use international paiement cards as we can't transfer money out of the country. We can create a paypal account but can't be verified using tunisian address. This is what i meant by "not supported".

Make sure to visit the Currency exchange section where you can find well reputed members that will pay your invoices with their Paypal accounts and you can pay them with Bitcoin (some may ask for a commission)

No, you don't have to create an account or to verify your identity unless you want to use their integrated exchange.

Well, no. Because ShapeShift is an exchange and KeepKey is a hardware wallet. These are two very different products/platforms, just with one owner(Erik Voorhees). You can  use your KeepKey to swap your funds back and forth to different cryptocurrencies through the ShapeShift platform if you want to(but this is of course optional).

It seems that op did miss some things about the keepkey hardware wallet. As what I understood in the quote above is that keepkey hardware wallet is using the shapeshift platform that will able you to buy, sell, trade, receive, send, track and store your cryptocurrency that you have.

I know about ledger nano hardware wallet for btc but never hear before about keepkey and the ability to store altcoins and even process a swap. This is why am asking about the relation between the exchange and the wallet, and if there is any possibility for the exchange to collect any kind of data from the wallet without my permission.
Usually, i don't trust exchanges so it's normal to have many doubts about anything related to them.

Actually, am searching how to get a quick 20$ to purchase a wallet (cost 18$). Unfortunetly, i have an opened loan so i can't ask for another before December 02.

I don't think they can do that as the main purpose from using a hardware wallet is to keep your private keys offline and never share them with any third party.
If you are still skeptical, you can connect KeepKey to Electrum and use it instead of ShapeShift.

I would NOT suggest to use Shapeshift with your KeepKey wallet if you value your privacy,
but you can use KeepKey with chrome browser client, or even better with Electrum wallet

Sadly to say, I wasn't that lucky to purchase the keepkey wallet in Black Friday. Also the wallet costs 23$ and not just 5. Maybe i will wait till next year to find a cheap hard wallet or wait for a cheap model.
