Ethereum is not the second biggest cryptocurrency by mistake. Ethereum has the biggest development team across cryptocurrencies, Ethereum also dominates in the number of active Dapps, it is continously updated (Ethereum Hard Fork Istanbul), so how could you predict that it is going to zero? Ethereum is growing everyday!

Yup, because for a long time ago there was a huge usage of ethereum specially by using altcoin because most compatible altcoin was on ether wallet that must be the use of ethereum uses so it was impossible that ethereum would never be zero.

Indeed, ethereum has higher capability to handle transactions that's why it wouldn't be zero in the long run. Once the altcoin season comes, we will experience another increase of eth price as what happened before. History will influence a lot of people and let's all expect great and set aside negativities.

i thought eth are going to undergo an upgrade called eth 2.0  ? did that already happen  ? if eth upgrade it means that its devs keeps developing it  . so why would we even believe that eth can go down to zero when infact eth is the coin that being improved over time   . other coins should go down first before eth but even the other unpopular coins didnt even go down to zero so how much more for eth  ?  common guys this is not the first one that eth has recieve a bashing but this one would be one of the brutal one's   .

The key is how can the government ban people from trading? Most of the time, I just saw the government looking for contracts and deals with exchanges, they just wanted to benefit from taxes, without an intention to ban people from participating in crypto, so without trading ETH volume on exchanges was too difficult. There come a time that ETH may be bottoming out within this month, but it would not go down to zero for sure.

Before Virgil Griffith was arrested, he shared to me and the rest of the attendees last January 2019 at the Boracay Blockchain Summit about Ethereum's proof-of-stake and the future developments, and why we should be excited about them in the long run. Same thing with Vitalik Buterin when he talks about Ethereum's bright future at Token 2049 Hongkong.

After the Ethereum supermeetup, he and the other keynote speakers are in an AMA session answering the community's questions related to the project.

For me, I honestly think that we should be excited about Ethereum's long-term future, not focusing on Roubini's hate speech about them, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

if we speak in theory, then this is possible, but not as fast as everyone thinks. it is possible if we talk about what will happen to ETH in 20 years. I think everyone has the right to express their opinions, the most important thing is that we have our own views and are not influenced by those opinions. But it would be better if we investigate and examine ourselves, because it is not valid if we judge these opinions without data and research. And in my opinion it's very unlikely that eth will get to zero

January is very critical month regarding the trend or next move of the market and it is even important for eth, personally im still hopeful that we will start seeing the movement in positive direction from january especially if we end december on a high note.

This is not happening I can say that confidently because look how far ETH goes, we can see that ETH is almost the second on bitcoin having highest value of price and volume. This may be the worst situation that every cryptocurrency experienced but still, it is fighting the dump and still have a price even if it is low. Well.. the roll out of Ethereum 2.0 has been postponed a number of times. The sad thing is that the developers seems to have lost their interest in making new innovations to the current ETH technology. They seems to by busy in spending the windfall they got in 2017. Ethereum has been facing a lot of issues related to scalability and security for the past 1-2 years. The response from the developers is really slow.
