Today I have played for the first time at Paradice with some deposits and requested for a withdrawal (in litecoin). The system said they have proceed my withdrawal and I received an email with a transaction link of my withdrawal. But I'm facing difficulties to trace my transaction from their provided link. I tried to view the transaction on some other blockchain explorer, but I'm receiving the error message everywhere. However, occasionally I'm able to see the transaction in Blockchair and BlockCypher platform. I have noticed that Paradice team has sent my withdrawal from a wallet where there is an unconfirmed transaction since last 3 days. Unfortunately my withdrawal was sent with the input of that unconfirmed tx. My withdrawal tx isn't going to be picked by the miners as long as the parent transaction not getting the confirmation. As a result my withdrawal is showing as pending since last 7 hours. This is completely unnatural for LTC transaction. Paradice team is fully responsible for this inconvenience. See the input (between the red rectangle) of my withdrawal tx. It says ‘empty script type’. They shouldn't have sent the withdrawal from such wallet. I have asked their live support regarding this issue and they replied me after 1 hour. The live support isn't friendly enough. I'm still waiting for my withdrawal Moderators note: Don't consider it as consecutive post. This post content should stay separately and there is one week difference between the two posts. I agree. They should not be able to charge you for withdrawal fees and still send you funds from an unconfirmed source. By the way, is the transaction a zero-fee transaction or is that just a bug on the blockchain explorer's side? If it's zero-fees then that is quite irresponsible. I understand that this will happen accidentally sometimes, especially if they are automating this. But they should be liable to resolve this issue.

Sometimes there are players who are just really wanted to withdraw their withdrawals as soon as possible and with the absence of the support for almost an hour I think for them is unprofessional but we know that the live chat is not working 24/7 for most of the casino but in regards with the bad words I think as a customer and you are a representative you should make it confidential and shouldn't quote anymore the exact words for confidentiality, some users are just frustrated and since it is a gambling site it is unavoidable to experience frustrated players.

They should not be able to charge you for withdrawal fees and still send you funds from an unconfirmed source. By the way, is the transaction a zero-fee transaction or is that just a bug on the blockchain explorer's side? If it's zero-fees then that is quite irresponsible.
The transaction is showing zero-fee on the BlockCypher explorer. But the fee is visible from the Blockchair explorer. Actually, it has happened for the parent transaction, which is unconfirmed since 7th March. They have used very low fee to process that transaction.
As I can see, You have successfully withdrawn your balance. About support, Our English support agent was not available at that moment you have knocked. But, As I can see, They have assisted you.
Yeah, the amount was refunded to my account. I have requested for a withdrawal 6 hours ago and received it instantly. The system was saying that ‘agents are online’ and the support was giving replies in other language. Maybe it was an automated message. The English support agent responded to me later, but they weren't helpful enough. I hope you will come back again. Don't forget to claim your Rakeback and give it another try.

I wasn't expecting to receive the withdrawal instantly. Because it was my first withdrawal, a lot of casino process the first withdrawal manually by doing some security check. But the situation was different there. Paradice system said they have sent my withdrawal and marked my withdrawal as proceed. And my withdrawal wasn't traceable from their provided link. I was concerned about the situation. There was no-one in the live support at the moment, and chat moderators were not online. but in regards with the bad words I think as a customer and you are a representative you should make it confidential and shouldn't quote anymore the exact words for confidentiality, some users are just frustrated and since it is a gambling site it is unavoidable to experience frustrated players.
They are not giving any priority to the privacy of their users! Even the top rank VIP users show rage in the chat when they face some losses unexpectedly. I was disappointed for their inactive support team after facing the issue with my withdrawal. I have sent those messages in their chat by being frustrated. If you were respecting the privacy of the players then you wouldn't highlight those chat messages here. I have shared my honest experience here. You can do it at anytime if I have broken the chat rules. I won't complain about it. But you shouldn't have highlighted the message here. Observe the chat of other popular casino, many players are sending similar messages in the chat everyday. I haven't seen any other casino support agent/moderators to highlight those user messages without any reason. They answered you 1 hour later and they have tried their best since they don't have access to reverse the transaction or refund you. That's why you were not satisfied with the support. After that, You become frustrated and send those messages.
Who is responsible for this? I wouldn't have sent such messages if the support team has responded me within few minutes. Paradice system has messed up my withdrawal and they provided a tx link which was showing error. What would you do in such situation? I had deposited 5 LTC in total, and my withdrawal amount was 5.37+ LTC. I believe, no-one will react normally if they face the same issue. I apologize, But that's worth it.

I tried to register on your site but it looks like we should receive a newsletter from them because as you can see in the image below: If we do not press the button, the words Protect Account will not appear and we cannot continue the registration process. It would be better if there were two selection buttons containing one to continue the registration process and the other button to choose or not to receive a newsletter from you. Not everyone wants to get promotional emails from gambling sites, especially those who rarely open a second or even third email. But that's just a suggestion.

Even I am an insider of Paradice. Still, I believe you guys are right. It's almost right that the platform forcing players to subscribe to newsletters. But it's not like other platform newsletters. I definitely agree with this. Even if they don't send out a lot of newsletters, it's important to give players an option to opt out. The way they did it is even illegal in most countries, for example, in the EU and UK you are required to offer everyone the chance to opt out, otherwise you could be fined for it! They should consult with someone to help them to make their emails GDPR compliant.

Well I hope that the Paradice.in would be able to change this and add the another button or they could maybe have a little gift to user who will subscribe to their letters for example giving them free credits weekly for subscribing to newsletter it might sound a little expensive but at least they are not forcing anyone to subscribe and users will willingly would subscribe to your newsletter.

Their sign up button was written as "protect account". I think that has something to do with 2fa and they use email for this but on some sites, 2fa is also optional and you can manually enabled it in the settings tab but 2fa's are advisable if you are a player that deposits and stores huge amount of cryptos inside a gambling site for a long time.

Not sure if paradice.in do this but most newsletters have an unsubscribe link in the footer of the email in case you don't want to receive any more emails from them. Although I agree with the replies above that forcing users to subscribe to their newsletter when they register with their emails is annoying but at least they wete transparent and didn't try to hide it. Many other casinos do it without asking for your permission or even mention it in the sign up pages.

Okay so I never had any issues withdrawing from Paradice before, but I just won the regatta for 0.5 btc and now they are telling me I created multiple accounts? What the heck? Please clarify this here since I have never done so
