We won't allow projects that support hate crimes, or terrorist groups. The main point I believe here is that anyone can have their project, or favorite project promoted.

For example if you really like Ethereum, and you are not Vitalik Buterin it is within the scope of our advertising to have a new article written on ETH. This is the context in which anyone can use an article to submit under most circumstances.
