Sorry for losing your money but nothing on this site indicates that they are honest.
They claim to be a company registered in the US yet they sell bank cards anonymously !? When searching for their website you will find from France.

No valid SSL certificate could be found, using a computer that hosts many other sites, and anonymous without any positive reviews.

I think you will need to move this topic to Scam Accusations.
