Hola.

Después de instalar la última versión de Bitcoin Core, (la 0.19.0.1), Windows Defender la ha detectado como virus y ha eliminado el archivo ejecutable.

He tenido que excluir la carpeta de Bitcoin para poder volverlo a instalar.

¿Le ha pasado a alguien más?

Es raro. No he visto nada reportado, pero si bajo desde el link del foro el fichero para Windows, y lo subo a VirusTotal, hay 5 motores que dan avisos que van desde Troyano a Riskware:

Este hilo es antiguo, pero en él se observa una conversación similar en el 2016 sobre falsos positivos de los antivirus: Possible malware in latest Bitcoin Core 64 bits bitcoin-qt.exe . En él @achow101 indica:

The AV warnings are all false positives. They usually flag Bitcoin Core as a coin stealer (because it looks for a wallet.dat since it creates the file) or a bitcoin miner (because it contains a miner in the software if you want to mine on regtest or testnet).
