Bitsler had it long time ago, it was called by flash betting but it was removed IIRC.
At the moment the only site that has this kind of feature is duckdice, it is also called by flash betting feature. You can try it but to be honest I've never tried since  I believe that the faster betting speed the faster we lose our money.
But if you want to use it for hunting big payout with small bet amount then it is indeed very helpful feature.

I got confused about the term. Bulk bets like 500 dice bets at once rather than one dice bet one at a time for five hundred rounds.

i think it's different from the OP looking for because all the website above has the auto bet that rolls for each bet
while what he was looking is a dice website that can roll instantly up to 200 bets

Someone above said Stake but I just checked, they don't have it. BetKing used to have it, they recently closed down. I'm not such a fan of these flashbets, can't really say why.

@Ryker and others, actually, 999dice's scam accusation is very old. And there isn't to my knowledge any credible one since that old one (which is fixed btw, in relation to their provably fair system and their seed). theymos said to stay away till they fixed it and they did.

You would really able to expect these chain of words even upto these years when a certain accusation made in the past where people who said nor mentioned doesnt even know if those issues were fixed or not

but they do continually mentioning it out on what they have known or just simply go along with the flow on what other people said. Havent tried to play on 999 though but im pretty aware with that bulk bet or shall we say flashbets which is definitely on BK.

But this is precisely what I'm pointing out. it clearly says the way they dealt with seeds was the issue back in 2015. But that issue was fixed. I can't remember when but not later than maybe mid-2016 cause I remember that's when I first came across the issue in that old thread, and by then the seed system had already changed. stake was already suggested above and yeah stake had a different game which was fun but there are people like op that love dice the most  . i didnt know that bet bulking was different from auto roll but thanks for this thread , now i know if what is bet bulking and i now find it cool  and useful for the people like me that hunt for higher multipliers because i only use auto roll which makes me tired and bored of waiting  , i hope bet bulking will also be available on many dice site and casinos'

First reference you posted: user only made 2 posts, and if you actually read the thread, the accusations were shady.
2nd ref you posted: user made 1 post, never updated.
3rd ref you posted: user made 2 posts, and again, follow the thread and there is evidence the user actually made alts to double-spend the casino. A very common scam.

Again, I am not defending them at all. But I think people need to be responsible when educating people. Everyone is referencing the seed issue from 2015, which was fixed at least by 2016. Everyone should be warned about sites, but I personally use 3 sites that have ALL had issue in the past, but which have been resolved, and we've forgiven them: FortuneJack, Sportsbet, and yes 999dice.

Now if sites correct their mistakes, we give them a second chance. Show me an unresolved issue that reputable members have also found to have evidence, and I'll even support it.

I got no stake in 999, but I wish people would stop bringing stuff that's no longer relevant (like the guy posting above me, posting a 2015 news again about the seed issue which is no longer there!). We want to help people, let's present facts objectively and correctly. Talking about the seed issue is no longer factual nor accurate.

I think it will happen that bulk bets in dice games will happen as long as there are lots of people recommend it to the platform sooner or later. Auto bets and bulk bets are not the same as you have know it now. Actually, curious to know myself. From what I can tell, even with flashbetting, the provably fair aspects aren't compromised, so it would definitely make sense for martingalers to just use it more often. The only issues I can see as to why people don't use it more:

1. You can't automate flashbetting. A tool like Seuntjie will automate an infinite number of rolls for you but all on manual settings.
2. You can't change the rules for betting in between flash bets. You are forced to roll the full bulk amount at a single setting (you couldn't for example set extra rules like if >99 three times in a row, then next bet is always 90% chance to win <90 or something like this.

Maybe there are more mechanics to it. Maybe sites still need more resources to perform flash bets with additional rules.

Yes but lately its getting out of hand when they just post irrevelant information such as what he posted. Most likely I am assuming he only read the first post or didn't even read the first post and just looked at the topic and made a comment.

Because if he read most of the replies here he would know that we are not talking about "auto bet" instead we are talking about "bulk / flash betting" which are two completely different things.

they can't be stealing them even if they wanted to
if you have any proofs , please open a scam accusation in the appropriate thread , this is looking like a petty revenge for having been muted in their chat
the lightning bet mode is when you can bet up to 200 bets /second , but they are provably fair and you can check them if you want to

avoid GigaBet - it's a scam, they just stole coins from several player's balances, they pick bulk bets like lightning bet mode when player usually don't pay attention, and mods steal coins; when reported the missing coins, admin threatened to ban me, and mods chatbanned from warning other players! =SCAM

- Remove the recaptcha to allow bot to login, or provide API usage instruction (dont ask to send support mail because it won't work).
- Fix your cloudflare issue....keep getting inconsistent betting speed & down time.
- Make change to change seed function to have it work faster (remove that "1 minute before next change") it should work after every each bet.

My personal review:
- Seem to legit as my script play there and behave exactly like when it play on other famous sites.
- One of the best betting  speed sites without any constraint.
- Seem to pay on time.

Hmmm it looks like they are lacking information about this forum so there is no clear thread about GigaBet. If we look at the last @GigaBetOfficial account online on January 13th and they only reply to arguments from @AceFairy. I think their team is less experienced in developing gambling sites, especially in marketing, but so far it's pretty good because I haven't found a bad review in the scam accusation section about them.

What are you talking about?
First, OP is trying to find a site with a feature of bulk bets, while you are referring him to steak (I assume you mean to say Stake) where there is no such feature at Stake.
Second, you say scammer steal your private key while you were playing at stake? How could it even happen while you do not need to share private key or linking your private key to stake? Are you trying to say that there is a copy/phishing site ot Stake?
Third, no matter where you play, if the site is a legit site like Stake but someone is able to steal your money then it is your own fault.
