So, my questions are
1. Why there are still investors in the new altcoins project? For what they invest if they know new altcoins are only about risks and losses?
2. Who are those developers that always create new altcoins projects? Don't they know that most new projects just ended with failure?

If you ask about ICOs. They fake some big investors. Lets say they plan to sell 50 millions tokens. They just fake that they sold 30 millions and  is only 20 millions left. That way they boost marketcap and they look more appealing to new investors. They would not invest anything to someone that had gathered few $1000. But they will give everyone to someone that already gathered $20 millions.

1. the only reason why there are still investors investing in new altcoin. actually they don't invest, but make quick profits. because most of them buy on IEO and sell when coins are listed on the market. so there are no investors.
2. Why do developers still make projects? because the crypto project is very profitable. especially fraud projects. other than that, the developer also hopes to compete with others

they still invest because not all new coins are the same but there are few that can be called a hidden gem only if your lucky to dig and find them  . people also invest on risky new coins for the sake of profit alone because they can just buy and sold it , then do it again on other released coin , rinse and repeat . the developers of these coins could be the same and some use fake names because they are afraid to get blamed if ever there are unsatisfied costumers .

1.a. probably they is a huge whales from 2017 wich who already cashed to USDT about their investement and not affected by the 2018 hurricane crypto.
  .b. probably they are newbie wich still believing there are hidden gems.
  .c. probably they knew exactly about risk and they still joined new project just for gamble
  .d. probably no one investor for new altcoins project , all of statistic is a fake to make attention for invest.

2. Who are developers ? of course who have any idea can be developers,it is an individual thing, not an organized one .
    Mostly they knew already consequence about creating a project. but they still believe their project being survived from bear market, but ,not even one investor saw their project , they depressed , and they saw scam exchange , and created a stupid IEO.

New investors will always be there if the project has a good product and let's see, if investors sell tokens after being registered on the crypto exchange then I will think he is a trader.
New projects will be there all the time and investors will always be there if they have a good future for the products they offer

there are still investors who invest in new projects because they are interested in the cheap price of new tokens and if this project can enter the market and then the price rises a few percent from the ICO price they will sell tokens and take profits. and the developers make new projects of course because they want to make a profit. but sometimes what makes me disappointed is that after a successful project and succeed in achieving softcap and hardcap. The developer did not develop the project and as a result the token did not have a trading volume and eventually the coins failed.

Altcoins help to develop the market. But sometimes I think. I wonder if we're playing a game of our own and do we think it's a trade? Everyone says nice things about the blockchain. But is blockchain suitable for every job? Does every project need a token?

Maybe they are new investor on crypto space and like to try invest on something new. However finding a real one out of thousand projects its really hard job. Well i think its good for crypto because there is still investor like to invest even they know the risk.

You can't say that Ethereum isn't good coin. After launched Ethereum also dumped but we saw in the last bullrun. Cryptocurrency loses huge billions of money until recover the money, you can't hope for a stable price of altcoins. New coin is also holding some investor for long time even though losses.

high fluctuations force us to learn to use the moment. we must be able to sort out which altcoin is feasible for the long term. if we are in doubt, I suggest to take profits in the short term, so that the funds we have can be placed on the old altcoin that has been tested, and it will make us psychologically good

The purpose of investing there are many people and one of them is long and short term. For the short term, ICO or IEO is good to speculate because prices can move quickly and this will benefit investors who prefer the short term. As for the long term, I think investors will prefer coins that have been well established and are well known by investors

for the first question, every person buys altcoin based on what they need, such as using the benefits of the token.  Well it's not just a matter of price, but also its benefits.  yeah but for altcoin which has a high fluctuation value, the reason is to use it to get profit.

and for the second question.  I think many developers have new ideas in the crypto project.  if it has a concept that doesn't yet exist or is better than an existing project, I think it's worth trying

The answer to question number 1 is because many people make investments not based on price later but how good the project is and how the development team is. So the problem of losing may not be a big thing for them if the project is going well and certainly investors like this are long-term players. Secondly, according to some people crypto is a fast way to make money. So I am not surprised every month there are only new projects that appear pitting fate here. I don't know whether they really want to make a good project or just want to make money by deceiving people.

Maximum new coins are either shit coins or scam in the last 18 months. Only a handful turn projects are real and success. Investors are interested in new coins for basically discousts which they get from IEO, ICO and sell them when it is listed in exchanges. They only invest for short term and leave after selling tokens. Maximum developers copy the past few tokens either it is succeeded or failed.

The main motive is to make money. Both the devs and the investors are all after making money and that is what drives the creation of many altcoins and shit projects. Invest wisely fellas. Don't get carried away by whitepapers and hypes

I dont I agree with the fact that new altcoins will be dead. It's high risk but I can also profit a lot. Just give it a little time some will explode
