My dream for bitcoin

We all have dreams for bitcoin that someday we will be able to use this coin freely and no other things to think since its already accepted by the society, and the government already stop holding bitcoins neck and allow it to be use without any policy or regulations, here is my dream this is how it will be organize
1 . BTC will be the primary money all over the world all the currency will be just secondary
2. All the world currency will be exchange to bitcoin slowly until its all illiminated
3. Altcoins will be use for very country and bitcoin as its Superior
In this form bitcoin will be the global currency, no one will control it no regulations, but will penalized who wouluse it in bad intenstions
rules will only apply to it not bitcoin totally,

Indeed they may audit you, but you can easily hide funds as well in undeclared wallets. Merchants could do that too. I see taxation as an uphill battle for governments. Perhaps VAT is doable, but income tax is pretty much voluntary.

You can have two wallets, one declared, one hidden. Use the hidden one for your "foreign" activities, maybe freelancing, trading etc. That's the wallet where you make most of your money, the State unable to trace it back to you. From that wallet you can send small amount to your declared wallet, and pay little tax on that. You use the declared wallet to pay bills, buy food, etc.

The other thing that might work is luxury items tax. Ie. for owning large properties or expensive cars. Since those physical objects they can easily get access to, as long as those are within national borders.

But in the end all i see is a reduction on tax income, because the State does LOSE control, which is the point of Bitcoin and the very reason it came from a cyber anarchist circle in the first place.

Perhaps the solution to a Bitcoin based reality would be along the lines of more privatization and less taxation. Since the State can't reliably tax things anymore, better get rid of it entirely. Of course, people would then need to pay for security, roads, etc directly. It might even be more fair, if you own a car you pay a tax voluntarily, kinda like owning a tv in the UK means you pay a tax for it (So we foreigners could enjoy Monty Python and Doctor Who for free )

^ I dunno until when we are dreaming about bitcoin going to the main mainstream, we are already approaching ten years celebrating of Bitcoin but so far there is a lot happening just like make bitcoin in bad image. Scamming, Fraudulent, and Money laundering most likely some cases happened. So, the future will be like these. Bitcoin will turn to zero value or bitcoin will lead in all local currencies and it will be used in all aspects as the main currency, just something like that. Nevertheless, in my mind, since bitcoin is decentralized this is impossible to collaborate with the government and accept it as the main currency. Impossible if you want bitcoin without rules and can be legal in all countries.
Each country has concerns about cryptocurrency including bitcoin because it is anonymous, so they need to make rules so that bitcoin is not misused.
No one can guarantee if bitcoin will be used for crime, especially if without rules.

Legal tender is probably the best solution since this would mean that Bitcoin is just like other kinds of money, and it does not get heavily additionally taxed. As for the ban, I don't think it's likely. A lot of countries have pretty strong democracies, such a ban could lead to protests and anti-governmental feelings along with the growing popularity of Bitcoin would be too bad for such countries. Countries like North Korea can ban Bitcoin, but countries like the US or France cannot do that, because it is too risky for them.

Not that easy, a sovereign government must take preventative measures so that economic independence is maintained as a form of an independent state. I also wish the same thing because it's making things difficult for bitcoin for example the adoption. Politicians think that bitcoin isn't good for their country because of the news that they read or on what they have heard about it. That dream of yours would be great, but that's too far from reality or even happening. I also aim for Bitcoin to achieve more and to be widely accepted but the idea that it will be a primary currency while fiat would be second seems to be less possible. A country wouldn't agree to let their their own currency to be an alternative on their own country. Plus not all government won't agree to use a decentralized currency as their main currency because they cannot control it.

The government will never allow this unless they make their own cryptocurrency that their citizens will be using that they can still track or look into. They want to control anything, so I think that is impossible.

What you are asking for is not actually possible. At least with bitcoin. Imagine what is going to happen when bitcoin becomes the primary currency of the whole world. Will the network be able to handle all those millions of transactions per second? What about the network fee. It is going to skyrocket and confirmations are going to become really really slow. Also, we won't be replacing fiat currency so easily. It is going to take few more decades.

Most of us here dream about this too cause who would not want to see bitcoin getting recognized and regulated all over the world. We are knowledgeable enough to make an assumption that it would help world's economy and that pushes us to want more things for bitcoin. I have big dream with bitcoin where seeing with higher price and above how bitcoin have raise very expensive price about last 2017, I hope bitcoin can raise with higher price minimum touch $30k where giving space for altcoin back again with their position on higher rpice, without bitcoin can back with $30k little chance with altcoin go back to higher price too.

I think, to achieve that. bitcoin must have an identity rule. We all wanted bitcoin to be our main currency as time pass in my opinion bitcoin will be implemented completely in the coming years.

I think your dream will be difficult to realize. the government will not be possible to make the national currency the second currency after bitcoin. and there's no way the government will legalize bitcoin without rules and regulations.

Your dream will become reality in the future as the chances is very big. In my case, I have no deep expectation about bitcoin and crypto currencies as I know already that they will not fade and they will continue to dominate the fiat in the future.

Me as well, it could make bitcoin market very active and also, whales can hardly manipulate the market. Agreed, they will never do that, not unless bitcoin community will agree with the terms and conditions that the government might create, and if we will accept a higher taxes that they will give and will cut in every transactions that we will made. Definitely, when bitcoin is beginning to swallow the entire country, that is the time when Government will do such acts to prohibit or somehow, put their powers to restrict it because their current system could potentially be compromised. But in the first place, it doesn't mean that government isn't allowing bitcoin and cryptocurrency to be used, because right now, there are countries that allows people to transfer their funds directly from bank to their wallet using various local exchanges available. In short, unless it didn't affect the system we have, it is still reasonable to allow cryptocurrency because it is a technology, and technology aims to make peoples live even better.

It is the opposite and it is happening right now except for the last part. A lot of countries do accept bitcoin and you could exchange them to any fiats that you want unless they are banned in your country. Fiat will never be eliminated.
