Alibaba is creative and innovative company, they will take any opportunity as leader for on line business. I'm not surprise with their move even I hear sometimes they also gambling with high fund to get place as the main purposes ( not income ). If you're interesting with their project just follow their news from official web to know the progress. The important point that I got is the business model being employed under the 3PL approach includes the use of low-cost and versatile frequency sensors that would be installed inside Shipping Containers to monitor their movements and status via the immutable Credits blockchain database.

And the use of the Smart Payment Service based on the combined Alibaba Cloud and Credits blockchain platforms is a solution that is currently being implemented by the companies in the Chinese market. The Credits blockchain provides secure transactions between the parties to the delivery process and logistics providers, such as DHL.

What do you think about this guys? Will it have a positive effect on the Chinese government regarding cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology? Or even have a big impact on other crypto communities?

That's great tho for the Chinese government especially in the Logistics Industry. But I dont think that is gonna have a big impact on the crypto community because even with this partnership, CS is still low on price

But i'm afraid it won't make a good impact on crypto, right now china is so much incessant developing their own blockchain, and if they found something better than bitcoin and other cryptocurrency people will leave cryptocurrency and move to their self made blockchain which is bad for crypto market

precisely because they are new and brave to work with large companies like alibaba they will slowly be well known. moreover, alibaba is one of the biggest companies in china (even asia) it will attract more new people that interest to this blockchain thing.

It will not directly give a big impact to the crypto. At least, that will be proven if crypto must be considered as a good thing that can give benefit to be used by the centralized entity. that gives an example to the china about how good the crypto when it used by the right hand. credits must become an anticipated project that will grow a lot next year.

Crypto needs a legit sector or access that will check the project throughly
Not related in government sectors but merely in crypto community which are not under money or not into money
Its rather impossible, but if there's someone who will join force to study and determine it will help newbies

Honestly, there's no hype at this moment like everything is on the normal yet ready mode for the bull run anytime however seems the bear don't want to leave us. lol!

Anyway, this project wouldn't succeed over night and it surely takes time to say it will be a success.

I think that if there will be a private sector that will be built to filter every crypto project and everything that needs to check in the crypto space then there will be a proper and standard way of maintaining the needs to make crypto a better use not only to old users but including newbies...

Credits and Alibaba made a partnership in logistics industry that increase efficiency by building trust between suppliers and consumers.

Well any form of partnerships with blockchain and businesses can't be a bad thing that's for sure. How it will affect the price and more people investing into Credits as a blockchain business itself/ That has to be seen. Chinese and the Chinese Government behave differently around Crypto that other people and countries, there is a different mindset per Se as to how they view the technology and how they associate themselves with risk. They are risk takers, but also they want to dominate now this space. The last Speech the Chinese Premier gave was  a big hint and a command to the Chinese people, basically telling the Chinese, we want to dominate the Blockchain, be the best but we also are highly regulating the risk associated with it by promoting our DIGITAL RENMINBI/YUAN. So the impact on Credits price will be quite interesting to watch, if there is a positive one, that is.

The adoption of blockchain technology is continously growing each passing years but still big companies like Alibaba are still hesitant to integrate cryptocurrencies with their payment system and I bet that they will just create their own coin/token instead of accepting crypto that is available in the market.
