You can speculate about btc movements and have your own price indiactors for different periods based on some signals or technical analysis but in reality these predictions are accurate or not nobody could give assurance relating to this as crypto market is too volatile that prices fluctuates within few minutes also.So we cant say what will happen to btc prices whether they go beyond $10k by end of december or stay below $8000.Next year positive growth signs indicate $12-$15k by the mid with btc halving so hoping for the best.

Not to break on being bullish on here but that 2024 prediction is way too unrealistic to consider.Reaching that amount does signify full adoption globally before we do able to get that level.
Im not really fan on following any prediction yet even knowing on whats the price as of tomorrow wont really be precise.Heck, theers no such thing about experts yet

I think, in 2020, with institutional investors continuing to buy into Bitcoin and popular services continuing to add Bitcoin integration making it easier and easier for anyone to invest in Bitcoin using the apps they already use. Hopefully by 2020 Bitcoin will have a robust scaling solution in place that will allow it to be used regularly at a mass scale as a payment platform. After halvening I expect a price between $15,000 - $20,000. In 2024 further mass adoption of Bitcoin continues. It starts becoming a mainstream way to pay for things on the internet. the fourth block reward halving occurs which boosts the price. i expect a price between $120,000-$160,000.

It wouldn't be realistic to see all the way the price is going up where people are just going to get rich all the way here. There is got to be a way for some to lose otherwise we can't see any one going to ride a 2nd hand Toyota Wigo. $50,000/BTC isn't realistic, bitcointalk.org would be a dreamland when it reaches $180,000 per BTC.

I don't doubt these price pedictions are possible, but without seeing a chart of how this would happen, I wouldn't put my money on it so to speak.
When we only have roughly 9 years worth of price data, predicting anything from 5 years from now seems ludicrous to me.

Don't do this again and just ask what you really want to ask and maybe post your real analysis in the future when you know how to do TA. With the given long timeline you presented it's really hard to picture a long term price when we solely basing it on their price chart since there are a lot of external factors involve that could change the outcome, that's why it's best to have analysis on no long periods over a year since the longer you set your analysis the more inaccurate it can be, you can look at previous predictions/analysis here in the forum and you will see that they most long term predictions are wrong.

however, there are two major caveats:
1. chances are that the actual price will vary wildly from where the linear regression is. we could be significantly above or below the trend line when december 2020 or 2024 rolls around.
2. past performance doesn't guarantee future results. the historical linear regression may alter significantly over time.

I think you just put what you want to see on what price Bitcoin should take, and I am not seeing any analysis base that can have solid evidence that this can be a sure prediction,

Right now we are sitting on $ 7,554.43 USD right now and I don't see any major spike that would make the price erupt so much until the end of this year, but at least you had a positive approach with Bitcoin I think that is lacking with many Bitcoin holders right now the positive mind that Bitcoin will surely go in that price someday attitude.

It is hard to predict bitcoin price in the future. Back in 2017, many expected to see btc at $20k or $30k by now which isn't the case..
The halving is the major event in 2020 which indeed can make the price jump significantly but +$180k.. Well i hope so

the only way that price could be at $180,000-$380,000 by December 31 2024 is that if price goes up to $700k first and then that bubble bursts leading to a crash of 74%-45% which seems like a reasonable amount of drop considering the previous bubbles ended this way. but the thing is that since $700k is closer to $1million we may see a gigantic adoption rise to even reach mass adoption in which case the drop won't be as dramatic.

Even now it continues to fall to $7200 but for this month's surge I think it will not be significant even tends to continue to fall, indeed these few months bicoin is difficult to predict because the guesses from the experts always miss, but I if halving has happened maybe it could reach $10,000 even nothing happens to a large increase in bitcoin.

I don't expect this extrapolation to hold up over time. We've already had 3 distinct bubble cycles. After another cycle or two (at most) the pattern will become too obvious and the market will front run it. That's when, in terms of the technology S-curve, the market would "jump the chasm" between early adopter and early majority.

This exponential increase in adoption ("mass" adoption) could cause a price increase magnitudes beyond the previous cycles.

For January 31 to February 2020. We got a price target of $21,000 and $20,200 respectively, a relatively insignificant difference.

bitcoin is one of the first cryptocurrency that is very famous after reaching the highest price between $ 20k at the end of 2017, then bitcoin experienced bearish in 2018 which made some bitcoin investors frustrated and they expect bitcoin prices to recover.

But what i use to be my note is maybe timeline that OP mention too short, will need big surprise to pump to that price for now.
