maybe it's the rules of their superiors, they are just employees and follow the rules.
try reading information about binance or events that will be held by binance.
maybe there will be a clue from that.
Yaps, I think so too. in a company there must be certain rules for employees and must have a commitment to the rules. I think Binance is keeping his office a secret because this is a free market and is not controlled by anyone, even the government. so the exchange has the right to it all, for exchanges such as binance no doubt, because the reputation that made the crypto exchange grow. maybe the one who can answer this is all binance superiors, and behind it all there must be a compelling reason for crypto-world.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

as far as I know, the exchange and its headquarters are registered in Malta. I have not been interested in this issue for a long time. I remember that in 2018 there was news that Binance was moving to Malta and changing its registration. I may not have the correct data, but this is what I know. I still don’t hold my money at any exchange. only money for trading.

Actually, the headquarter was in China, but it moved to Japan after some regulations.
Quote
Binance Headquarters
Binance has its headquarters in Malta after shifting out of China and Japan subsequently. The company started in China but had to shift its servers and headquarters out of the country due to a government ban on cryptocurrency trading.

I contacted the support three times and on all occasions i got the same answer. My question is simple. I am not asking for exact location i just want to know the country and the city. According to them i dont even have the right to know who is handling with my money.
They're just employees who folows the rules. And it seems that one of the rule is not telling the location of their headquarter. I know that you're not asking the exact location, but still they have the right for not telling you. I know that you're also wondering who's resposible about your money, but they must have their own reason for this.

Take note on the posts above, some are telling you the location. No idea if that is true or not since I havent done any research regarding this. Still, in case you're still questioning their credibility about handling your money, you shouldn't store a lot of your funds in there if it makes you less worry.

For me, I don't think there is any justification for them not disclosing where their Head-Office is. If I am Op, I am surely not leaving a large portion of my funds on that platform because it shows that at any time they so wish, they can shut down their servers and they would disappear into thin air and there won't be anywhere to start any form of investigation from.

I imagine talking to a customer care agent of a bank wanting to know their Head Office and this is the response, this further shows that these crypto companies have little or no regards to due process or even according their clients due respect. If they are carrying on business in a country that did not give them the rights and approval then they are doing so in an illegal way.

It's normal because they are just following the rules and what higher people instructed them to do. Since they are not allowed to disclose such information. They cannot risk the whole company just for one customer asking them. Like others, they are just working at binance. It's normal to be concerned about it as a customer but we have to understand them as well. Is their reputation isn't enough to prove their company? Because if you are not contented, then don't stick with binance.

If it was stated in their terms or rules and regulations that they have the right to disclose their location then you cannot force them to answer your question especially if you have accepted it upon joining their exchange.

But if you are going to use the search engine then you can find that their headquarters is in Malta after shifting out of China and Japan subsequently. But it's up to you if you are going to believe this details or not and I hope that you will get satisfied by all the answers that were being replied to your post.

Cryptocurrency at this time remains a semi-legal product, so there is a lot of fraud and manipulation around it and it is unlikely that anyone will want to give out their coordinates because this way companies become vulnerable. I think that all exchanges are not clean on hand and in order to avoid problems it is better to be silent.

I used exchanges based on liquidity, hitbtc and binance is the highest so i don't see any reason not to trust them, either with location or not this is an online business so they have a point if they decline you from knowing their location, if you don't like this start using decentralized exchanges

I didn't think of a question like that. I think it's a very good question. It's sad not to get an answer. However, they can hide Binance or other Exchangeler centers. It may even hide the official identities of its employees. I don't find it wrong. At least the support channels are open.

This is surprising,  I was always of the opinion that the Binance headquarters was somewhere in Malta.  For the agent to refuse answering the question and hiding under 'company policy',  I really think something is amiss.  Why would such information be private?  I don't think it is any potential security risk to inform the public of its location,  then again,  most of these exchanges are seemingly located on one island or some offshore location that many haven't heard of.

If you were to pay attention to finding answers to google you could easily find out from various articles on Binance's head quarters.
But as far as I can see, binance has not put their official address on their website and all I have seen is the address of Binance Headquarters in the articles, Wikipedia. Does anyone know where binance has an official statement in their head quarters ??

They got attacked by Chinas police and I do not think everything got cleared yet. Maybe they are still hiding their office because of security reasons. Anyway, nobody knows why, but Binance always did a great job.

I had a similar situation in 2017. I checked Bittrex's address. I used google earth. There was empty land at the address. I thought maybe it was old information. I'm not surprised that exchanges hide this. But you need to pay attention to fraudsters.

The governments of several countries are chasing these exchanges hard, they are lucrative targets considering the amount of revenue they generate and these exchanges in turnuses many methods to avoid these sanctions and extortion attempts, if you don't feel safe keeping your funds in centralised exchanges that you do not know the location, then j advice you to use decentralised exchanges where you control your funds 100%, although we have seen examples where even when centralised exchanges has been compromised, they refunded the funds back to their users and Binance happens to be one of them.

Why couldn't their agent just tell him they are located in Malta, what's wrong with that? But I guess this is something they would have to avoid disclosing for some other reason.

In the forum all you can see is that they are Malta base exchange not Chinese exchange anymore. Wierd as it may sound for new comers in crypto but the names of their team members are still Chinese.

Well, in other hand Binance proved them selves as a company that give stolen coins back to the customers after the big hack
how will it help you to know where are they?
you know where you bank is, do you know what happens to your money and who holds it?

Everyone knows that Binance operates in a decentralized manner and there are reasons for this, if the Government decided to shut them down then they have access to all your money and some would not have it back. The most important thin is to always trade and move your money from the exchange back to your wallet

It is normal behavior, when you use their services you agree with their terms and conditions and I believe that they say about this in their T&C.
Maybe they want to protect their cold wallets against thieves? When you have gold in a safe, probably you will not tell where you have the trezor right?

If you get the real information of headquarter then what is your next plan. Without real location you can trade in Binance exchange. Already I saw several members and bounty admin post selfie with Changpeng Zhao and so much exited. Binance headquarter switch the location for several reasons.
