Hey, panicking a bit because as of this morning my iOS wallet won't sync so I can't withdraw my funds.
Tried deleting the app, reinstalling then restoring but no luck. Wallet now says $0 balance since it can't sync.
Anyone have any idea on how I can fix this? I didn't realize that dev on this wallet stopped so long ago. I was working fine though up until a couple weeks ago when I sent some funds out

Have you still got your seed (it's normally around 12 random words) ? I think mines still syncing, if you go to the wallets tab can you see a line moving across the screen below your wallet.
I don't think they stopped developing on it. I could be wrong though (I have android).

I was able to take my seed and use it to import my wallet into Electrum to get my BTC
So get your 12 word seed from Mycelium
Download the Electrum wallet
Create a new wallet, choose to restore it from a seed
put in your 12 words
and check the BIP39 option under the options menu
then hit next and it should work

Ahhh were you on 1 type addresses? I had a response drafted but can't find the additional paths required for the 3 type and bc1 addresses (nested and native segwit).

I have the exact same problem all day... using iphone mycelium and it has always worked for me even with large Amounts. But now it has been stuck with message ?cant synchronize account. Please try again later?. Only to find out their last update was in 2017. Why the hell does app store still let you download this app on ios?
I tried to inport wallet on different other apps but they dont work. Seems like the 12 words are not correct.
Update: just tried to import the 12 words in Electrum and it shows us 0 BTC balance. Help anyone?

This is for the newer android version so I don't know about the ios version.
Under the advanced settings there is a way to show the derivation path. If you have the proper seed then you probably have to check that.
Also, see if you can sync using tor (once again it's the android version don't know about ios) The tor servers used to be different then the main ones, so that might still work.

Did you tried to enable the BIP39? Did you follow the guide as posted above with mlambert7777
You need to enable the BIP39 to make it work just make sure that you download Electrum to the right URL Electrum.org. If still doesn't work I made a guide just recently you can find it from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5208886.msg53323353#msg53323353The guide is to export the private key where you can use it to import to other wallet like Electrum. |

When you're importing into Electrum... use the BIP39 option and make sure that you select the "Legacy" option when you are prompted for "Script type and Derivation Path":  |

Hello,
i got the same problem and followed the recommended steps. Now that i have the Electrum wallet, i only have access to Account 1 of in total 5 accounts which i had in use in MyCeliumWallet.
Can anybody tell me how to get access to different accounts in the Electrum wallet?

Just increment the second zero by one.
so m/44'/1'/0' and see if it loads the other wallets (I think it's the second one you increment but it could be the third).

Try importing the recovery seed phrase into electrum. Knowing what address has your funds might help to determine what derivation path you may need to use to be able to see your funds. I will be happy to guide you through if you are facing any challenges involving the derivation path. |
