Altseason soon or not ?

I really don't see any sign of bull market especially with the BTC movement and with that there should be a big news that will happen in the next couple of months. I think it is nice to see if there is an organic growth not just an artificial one.

as we see now that btc prices have not moved significantly, the market needs positive encouragement or support to increase btc prices again. and at least if the price of btc can touch the range of $ 9k at the end of this year, I think at the beginning of the year we will see the movement of the altcoin market again.

I don't accept, it seems we are still in for a long ride and altcoin season ain't coming anytime sooner, its better to find other ways to earn like staking coins and promoting bounty project but I do have high expectations for 2020 onward.

indeed the analysis of BTC remains to wait for prices to surge, but in reality such a bearish trend is not over soon. we must be prepared to face it, because that means the altcoin season is still waiting for bitcoin to react. The movement of the BTC is still not apparent from the side of the graph can conclude in the right direction but sometimes it is not right, the analysis is the same even many people have done it for that but the support area still remains at the same price.
Altcoin is not aimed at anything because btc constraints do not allow me to believe altcoin will depend on the price of bitcoin if bitcoin has started moving then the altcoin season will soon arrive.

No sign of altcoin season lurking around the corner and it doesn't look like it will come any time soon but crypto is unpredictable, the last altcoin season won't repeat itself anymore, any possible future altcoin season will be different so its better to go after solid altcoins only, if you aren't too sure about a coin just swap to another

Well just as OP said, it's his personal opinion, so i'll just give him that. I don't know where that lurking aly season came from but honestly, i'm not even thinking about it anymore. I do have my stash of alts that i think will benefit me in the long run and whether they shoot up or not  i won't have any regrets. I do make little profits every now and then with the market's current status so whether alt season does come or not, i wouldn't get bothered.

If Bitcoin surge in value almost all altcoins will re evaluate, its that simple to understand but don't expect altcoins to surge without Bitcoin skyrocketing in the first place

Altseason can happen in the near future and we never know when it happens. If the dominance of Bitcoin starts to fall in the market but the price is above $ 10k, I think there will be many altcoins whose prices will go up significantly and good altcoin holders will get big profits.

We are in the start of altseason currently imho, but it doesn't guarantee profits in altcoins, just more volatility on them. Some people got rekt on every altcoin season so far.

I am not that  good at reading bitcoin charts but it doesn't look like altcoin season is happening any time soon, I am stopped hoping for such this year, all my hope is towards after bitcoin halving

I will say more - charts in the case of cryptocurrency work with misfires and you should not rely on them because the rules of trading on the stock market do not work the same with cryptocurrency.

I just thinking if I predict cryptocurrency price by technical analyst it seems like for short term strategy, I mean when the pridiction is going right than the impact to the price of them just temporaly which mean their prices will go to the original price.

Different with the increasing price based on the fundamental factor, it will give a long impact. Such some companies or some institution get interest to adopt cryptocurrencies then its price will get increase for a long time pariode. Because there is a chance for the new investor comes and hold the coin as well as with the old member will take long term investment on it.

The fact that we are in a bear for such a long time doesn't necessarily mean the alt season is near. And to be honest, maybe we aren't in a bear market. Perhaps this is just..the normal after market After all, most alt seasons have no real life use case. People just buy them for speculation reasons, or because some TA analysis say they will go up or whatever. IMO, if we see an alt season again it will be for a just a handful coins, with an actual use case and a strong team behind them. Who knows, maybe I am wrong and 2017 repeats itself and we see crazy gains on all kinds of shitcoins XD

You know we cant say accurately if alts season are going to start anytime soon but with the current dominance of btc on the market I think we have to wait until there's a good news that can affect the prices to turn uptrend.

Nevertheless there's no harm in waiting, but those who can bear the long bearish trend that currently happening in alts for long period already are likely the ones to have huge gains for patiently waiting and not tempted to sell even its hard to be firm as hodler.

I can't see it right now because BTC is still not bullish.

Maybe next year but I can't expect it would start early next year neither, I'm just hoping soon we will be in the altcoin season as I miss actively trading with altcoins when most of the time I can make profit. Although we like to see it soon so the bleeding will stop but we are not in control here, let's ask the whales to pump the market again as they can do that with their full power to manipulate, if they were able to pump 30% on btc's price in less than 24 hours, it could happen with altcoins as well.

If you try to figure out how much 1 BTC cost from the start of this year then you will find it really not in the bear market.
You are comparing it with the ATH and that is why you look at BTC like it was trapped in a dumped amount.

I cannot say for now if the altseason has been start or, Because we always seen some altcoins are still in drop price.
And maybe it will take time to recover again, If we look at the market it looks altcoins has not worth for now buy.
But it depends on us if we want to buy, For I will buy thos altcoins that have a future to increase the price.
