This is the biggest store of Bitcoin Core wallet.dat files.

29(!) files. Total for 2414 BTC ($20kk+) and tons of altcoins on board.

The biggest wallet balance is 575+ BTC (also have 575+ BCH, 575+ BTG, 575+ BSV). Some wallets have pre-mined coins from "Satoshi Treasure" time, 2010-2011.
All wallets with a lost password. I suggest you try brute-forcing with Hashcat using GPU.
Links for Hashcat and how does it work attached.

Balance guaranty or money back.
Proofs: screenshots, blockchain explorer, TeamViewer, and reputation.

And even if it wasn't they've probably spent months unsuccessfully trying to decrypt the password, so why would it be any easier for anyone else, but yes, I doubt they're legit anyway.
