have you tried https://kyberswap.com/? you can trade your tether there and it is not required to do kyc.
or you can use this https://dex.ag/.

this two exchanger has high fees , i have requested a website with low or lowest fees
but there is no cex(centralized exchange such as binance, bittrext, coinbase) that will allow you to do the trade without doing the kyc. if you think the fees on those exchanges are high, then you should pick a cex that has a lower fee but you need to do the kyc.
there are only two options,
1. pick the dex but has a higher fee
2. pick the cex but needs to do the kyc

sai stablecoins?
What's this? it's a new coin to me. The CMC doesn't tell much about it.

Should read about it if you like stablecoins and you like ETH and you like alts. It's getting extremely popular now because of the way people can stake against it. They also have good DAO concepts which USDT doesn't have by the way. A lot of corporations are already backing it, I have no clue about whether or not they can do it properly but from what it looks like it'll be very popular by next year.

I like ETH but I'm not into stable coins but I see that there's too much attention that's going in for these kind of altcoins. I'm starting to learn more about them because I'm just looking to the most popular stable coins.

both of them are the same, they are part of maker dao.

dai and sai are decentralized stablecoins , usdt tether instead is also a stablecoin as dai or sai coins but is centralized

These make sense, thanks for those brief explanations between dai and sai and why you won't stay on USDT instead.

you mean like an exchange? you wont find one for USD that dosent have KYC dude, thats money laundering in any first world country lol
thats kinda why KYC is so big now Tongue  if you find an exchange that only does cryptos, then they generally dont need KYC
if you just mean a site for tracking, try livecoinwatch Smiley

You quote him right.

He said, he wants to convert the usd to other stable coins so he asking a good exchange to be used for converting the token.

DEX can be an alternative to avoid KYC exchange, or you can use OTC Trading with someone who has the token.

Just used escrow from the third service like Bitrated or Trusted People who have a good track record.
