Here are some tips on how to use AI Grid Trading Bot effectively:
1. Pick a trading pair that has the highest volatility; the price range you set better to cover the latest token price.
2. Decide on an amount of cash and tokens you are willing to risk and divide it into at least 8 or more equal stacks.
3. Every time you use the bot to execute your trading strategy, use 1 stack. That way as the token price makes big dips, you can dollar-cost-average in and buy into tokens. Then when the market makes a reversal, you can again dollar-cost-average in and sell back into cash all the while making money from periods of range-bound volatility.
4. When setting the amount of money you would like to make per trade, I’ll suggest you set it to at least 0.3% or more per trade, that way after fees, you are still making a decent amount of money.
5. When deciding how much money to invest, I suggest working backward from how much money you would like to make. For example, if you want to make 500 dollars a month on average, multiply that number by 12 and divide it by 3. TOP traders on the rank are showing an average annualized profit of about 300% (See below picture). In this case, the amount turns out to be 2000 dollars. Once you have this number, decide whether it is an amount you want to risk and adjust accordingly.
