No. Official pool is receiving work/shares but not paying them. Last payment was 27/12. So this is plain THEFT/SCAM.

There´s a 2 Gh/s.. (yes.. 2,000,000 h/s) miner from unknown source, getting all the blocks. 90% of network hashrate. Official pool (not paying one) is 5 %..
Maybe its devs doing PREMINE in real time. But shaddy at last.
Nonsense to use a Ryzen9 (5 h/s?) against that 2,000,000 miner.. (how many cpus do they have? Do they use GPU farm or even FPGA farm??)

Only  thing I  know after I posted the scam notice on here , I got  banned from their Telegram and  right after on Facebook group after I  deployed the information!
Their Discord group have no more Admins activity  .. Anyway.. Is all i can tell you.
we have them questioned  many times about the hashrate discrepancy  and about that  unknown pool..
but always we never  had a logical explanation of facts!

Yet still  the unknown pool  working  with more than 80% hash:

As everyone knows, according to CAP, decentralization often means inefficient TPS. The huge data in IoT is the difficulty of consensus. So what is the right consensus in the field of blockchain and IoT, let's talk about the evolution of consensus algorithms. Proof of X is the popular consensus in the public chain. Proof of Work(PoW) was first applied, but it has some disadvantages, such as waste of resources, the concentration of computing power, lack of finality and poor performance. Proof of Stake(PoS) avoids waste of resources, relying on thecenter mine pool, reducing the possibility of the 51% attack. But it also has some disadvantages, such as difficult to determine the number of accounting nodes, unexpected centralization problem, nothing at stake problem. To solve the above disadvantages, there are many mixed consensuses now. They want to combine the advantages of both, and also avoid some of the drawbacks, including PoW + PoS, DPoS+ BFT and so on. Therefore, the mixed consensus mechanism may be a develope direction in the future for public chain.
