I hope everybody's doing well and in today's video I'm going to teach you how to put your CPU to work for you. Over the next couple of weeks or maybe even months you'll be able to make really good money with most newer CPUs mining Verus Coin.

Disclaimer, This is not Financial Advice, this is my personal opinion and please do your own homework.

I hope everyone is ready for the holidays and I wanted to make sure to tell you about the major mining opportunity happening on December 15th just in time for an early Christmas mining gift =)

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

it actually was really good for about 12 hours
before the FPGAs just went right back to it Tongue        crazy money for 12 hours tho
seems to have normalized now, kinda like those old raven parties hehe
sadly, this coin is pretty shakey, not even listed on a decent exchange, and low liquidity
Could be dece to stake maybe tho!

Mine now and see the market with fake pump price but after you sell it the price is 90% less than the price you currently mining.
Only XMR coins is best coin to mine for CPU and it has a potential to increase in value after blockhalving. Shitcoin are useless to mine most of the new coins nowadays become dead in few days after released.

I'm currently mining Bitcoin, ETH, RVN, NXS and VERS.

I hope this helps and happy mining!

Hi,
   I want to get in to this, but have questions. For a cpu, I'm looking at the AMD Ryzen 2700 and the 2700X. What would the difference in mining between the two? Next system memory. How much is needed? Say 4gb, 8gb etc? And gpu. Low end fine? Say a GTX 1030, GTX 1050ti or maybe Radeon RX 550, 560, 570?

  Will there be a late time, meaning not worth getting into it. I saw videos saying to get in now. Because basically it won't very long before the fpg's come back in.

Thank you for any help.

Hi,

I don't think it's good time to buy stuff and jump in that way. If you have already cpu/'s and gpu/'s then why not.
2700 does well not worth to spend extra $ for X.
Use cpu to mine verus and gpu to mine other coins.
I upgraded my setup with extra 8gb total of 16 and my mining speed increased like 0.5 Mh.

imagine being so spoiled you scoff at a 200day ROI : /
these new miners are so entitled now...   lol                           0.88$ a day with 200$total cost per cpu is pretty dece man

Does any one know what the hash rate is for the 2700 and 2700X?

2700x = 18mh/s OC'd with RAM OC
2700 16-17MH/s?
3900x = 27mh/s

It is an FPGA algo coin. It is better for you to mine Monero on RandomX algo. There are a lot of pools for it, for example Nanopool. If you wish, you can choose Nicehash  pool and do cpu-mining of Monero while earning BTC.

Let me put this rumor to rest, there are no FPGAs on the network as of yet but the latest rumors sound like we may not see them for several weeks or maybe even a month.

Yes FPGAs we're on the network prior but there's is Big different than other algorithms, in the sense that it equalizes hardware performance. Verus 2.0 which is the older algorithm made several different types of Hardware perform relatively similar in the amount of mining hashing power that they could produce. For an example: On the old algorithm, CPU mining was very profitable compared to GPU mining, which was not profitable and FPGAs we're about 20 to 30% more powerful compared to most newer CPUs at the time but had the added cost and could only do certain things compared to a CPU.

Verus 2.1 is intended to close that Gap and again there are no FPGAs bit streams available yet but it is expected that it may reduce that Gap by as much as 10% or more.

Verus is actually still very profitable to mine

On December 15th Verus had a major Network upgrade which introduced Verus IDs, which people can purchase and the proceeds (Money) go to the staker's, miners and refers.

Yes it is true the average CPU mining on the network will make about $0.75 a day with the normal Network Rewards but as people purchase IDs that number goes up drastically. As the network stabilizes and more people are purchasing names, I am trying to get a better idea of what the daily profitability is and will report back to you guys here or on YouTube with a video.

Not anymore... that was before the network upgrade. Verushash 2.1 is about 12-14mh for a 2600/2600X.
