Jaxx Classic issue

Guys, need your help so bad!
Been using Jaxx Classic on my Android phone to store mined ETH
After the App update ive been logged off from my wallet and now cant find my 12-word phrase anywhere
Is there any way i can get a private key from my phone?
Or a mnemonic phrase?
Or maybe theres a way to get an older version of app back, where ive been logged in?

Ive read some information and jaxx support says something is stored on my device, but i have no idea how to restore it

Try contacting their support and explain exactly what happened.
You really should have written down your 12 word seed and kept it on a piece of paper, somewhere safe, that is the first rule.

From the link you posted their support is saying that your seed is encrypted on your device somewhere but you can't access it unless you jailbreak your phone. Doing that opens up a whole new level of attack vectors.

yeah ive read that and thats what im ready to do to recover my wallet, still worth it and im ready to risk, but have no idea how to do it

There are many tutorials available on Jailbreaking phones, just put how to jailbreak a phone in your search engine.
But you still need to know where this data by Jaxx is located in your phone, so contact the support and ask. Also jailbreaking the phone could maybe wipe some data from it. I don't know. Get as much info about it as possible before you do it.
