It is a scam, there is no way that you can easily earn by sending funds to a certain website then they will double the amount of what you have sent.

There is no need to check the site, this is a clear scam, no legit business that offers this kind of reward, you send half of 1 eth to receive 1 ETH, actually I usually see this in fake twitter promotions where they are using influential people in the crypto space like CZ the CEO of Binance.
