Scammers also changes their strategy how to trick people or how to make them fall in their traps, that is why a lot of investors and bounty hunters already gave up from participating in new projects nowadays because it is worthless, so it is better to focus in other things to earn more crypto like joining in signature campaign, trading and so on.

The fact is that a scammer is very cunning and clever, only an ignorant and inexperienced investor is trapped in a scammer project. It's better to know about the project and the people involved beforehand or personally. Anything on the internet cannot be fully trusted.
Even something as regulatory license should be verified and while paying online, you should also be sure you are going through the right channel.

They are basically doing social engineering, similar to hacker techniques, and they can be only successful if their victims are less bright then themselves and preferably uneducated.

This is why they try to isolate their victims with pm messages. Scamming is way harder in open forum where there are smarter people around.

I think with the evolution of IEO scam projects have been controlled a bit but it still need more filtration. I think you could avoid this kind of thing in my opinion, we experience and knowledge I think I could say that I can easily track something that is not right in this project.
Surely if you don't want to get scam just do not put your money in risk or in some kind of websites that are not yet trusted by a lot of users,

I think you are right, some ICO project that look promising, sometime not like what people expect. Maybe in my mind for now is, investor must think like investor, good or not the project, no one force them to make investment. if lose, it is their risk. Yes, scammers always have a way to do that in their projects with new tactics, even the current trend even scammers can still take the opportunity to deceive people.
It's not that I don't believe in new projects but sometimes new projects lead to scammers and it hurts us after knowing at the end, so scammers always have a strategy to get a lot of smitten with what scammers offer.
