I think the key factor is laziness. People spend a huge amount of time and effort on making money, as a result of which they are very tired.
When the opportunity for easy money appears on the horizon, people often turn off critical thinking, which is so much necessary at such moments, and they easily "invest" their money in such adventures.
The result is known to us.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

People fall victim to scam without knowing they are scam because they can't do research on them and some scam projects are very smart and well hidden, if care is not taken you will easily fall for their tricks
Yes, because scammers are already very smart, so many people are stuck with scam projects, so we clearly have to do research on projects even though it's hard for us to know about scams or not.

Exactly, scammers are very skilled this days, sometimes you can't even recognize a scam even if it is in front of you,  not all victims of scam are aware of the situation they find themselves in, while some is as a result of greed.

the first reason is because a new user or someone who has just gotten to know the cryptoqurrency industry so that they are easy to get fraud because of limited knowledge, and the second reason may not only be new people but old users can also get fraud anywhere, because not all projects can achieve success and vice versa.

Because the majority is still too lazy to read between the lines or generally to search for some kind of information that is needed. Nobody is willing to do a simple research before investing into a project, but everybody wants the highest possible profit.

Recent cryptocurrency scams are becoming more and more sophisticated and well prepared so many people know the project is dangerous but still cheated. I think people are still being laundered because they are too greedy to profit without carefully investigating the information leading to being cheated.

The professional traders can give a mirror access to the inexperienced traders for following the same trades in social trading applications. The scammers also cost the professional trader a customer, understanding this will make everything clear. The smart trader is not only busy with day trading and he has the right to sell his trading strategy to other traders.

In my own personal opinion, the reason why there are still people who victimized by scam projects maybe because they are still expecting to receive good rewards from it, or maybe they are lack of knowledge or experience when it comes checking a project to determine whether it is legitimate or not. Honestly, it is really hard nowadays to determine if a project is scam or not because scammers are getting smarter that some peojects looks really legitimate, even you check their whitepaper and website, that is why you cannot blame people why they ended up getting scammed.

BIG WINNER!

maybe the first point you say is social media prize hunters, I mean almost every social media prize hunter doesn't really care about the projects they participate in, you can see many prize hunters taking part in any project and don't care even if the project they are taking part in turns out to be a fraud or has a red flag on their project's bounty thread.

You can't just say that because not everyone has the same level of knowledge about the internet, cryptocurrency, digital things, and observation. Maybe for you that's an obvious scam but for others, maybe they don't know. We all can fall and get tricked into something we don't know really well. It's not really ignorance, because it can be learned thru teaching and experience.

Exactly, scammers are always found out new ways to scam people, they're really smart and also people they're not so careful with that. I mean you have to think twice before investing in and ICO project or making any other investment in any project or something else.

It will keep happening. In fact, it might be more in the coming years. The easy-way-to-make-money attitude keeps increasing every day. Especially with the influx of newcomers into the crypto space. Most of the newcomers lack the necessary orientation on how to tread in the space.

People actually give their fiat to traders to trade for them, and it works for some. I think such people are trying to replicate such in the crypto space. But they forget this is a different pace.

It's a fact that they don't target the people that are vocal and aware of crypto's. These scammers whether in crypto or not are targeting those people that are not aware of what they are advertising and what they will be investing. It's a very typical thing to them to target this kind of victim but we're all here and giving warning to the newbies but still many of them becomes a victim because they are acting on their own and we just can't control them and their decision once greed is already in them, thinking that they'll be earning that much if they've invested into it.

It's really heartbreaking to know that people trust easily online, thereby falling prey to scam easily. I would rather pay some Lil bucks to learn than sending my funds for such purpose. When will people ever get wise? Well, this serves as a lesson. I think the reason why he easily scammed his victims is because of his online presence and also trust built with followers. Sometimes before their exit scam, they do a Lil genuine move to build trust, then hit the major scam and disappear. It's a pity though.

They are still victim to obvious scam, Ill think we all know what the problem on why.
One of the scam is the they are easily believe on the project or any related to the crypto to know it earn them early.
But the truth is was scam only, they are good in talking and introduce the project they have and then one of us was take the bait it have.

Really, I cannot believe that people can still believe in this, after all that has and is still happening. Well, greediness sometimes is the major cause of it. They want quick and fast money, meanwhile those who see their gullibility want to take advantage of them.
Its weird hearing such a touching stories that people would send their  hard earned money to a fictitious trader who must have Photoshopped their trading histories in order to scam some people who are greedy and want to get rich quickly I wouldn't believe some gullible people would fall for these type of scam.

The reason is plain and simple. There are just way too many people who want the lazy way to riches. Rather than learn a trade or skill themselves, they constantly fall prey to the scammers who promise them lazy and passive riches for doing nothing. There are very few legit programs or ways to make passive money nowadays, so I would be really wary of anything promising the sky and moon anymore. I also fell victim to a few nasty scams, so now I am more vigilant not to join scammy projects and really try to do thorough research first and I spend some time trading for myself as well. I think the best thing you can do is actually learn to trade yourself and look for a few projects or coins you can easily trade for profits. Don't fall prey to scams because you can't be bothered to do your homework first.
