I think that the bottleneck could be the disk. You are saving to a HDD, right?
If you have a SSD by chance, close the app (and make sure it's closed), move the data folder to the SSD, make a symlink there and fire it up again. And when you are sync-ed, move the data back where you want it to be.
(Of course back up the sensitive data)

If you want to just download fast the blockchain, no, it won't be faster. It has to be checked. Bootstrap was retired years ago exactly because of this.

All your can do is to help your wallet process the data faster. For that you need fast internet, good CPU, fast storage, hence my previous answer.

you have to keep in mind that you are downloading 11 years worth of historical transactions and it is not just raw bytes that you download and store like you'd do with a video. it is bytes that you have to also convert to transactions and verify using cryptography which is what @NeuroticFish mentioned about your CPU and storage. and it also involves RAM.
one way to speed up bitcoin core's syncing is if you have a lot of RAM and increase the amount of it that core uses using your bitcoin.conf file. just add dbcache=XXX where XXX is the amount of RAM in MB.
for example if you have 8 GB RAM set it to dbcache=4000

thank you so much

i sent db cache to dbcache=64000

and it was done under 5/6 hours

my ram is about 128GB Cheesy
