Although I have very limited publicity of identity and personal information, sometimes I still have to KYC for the cryptocurrency trading I am using. I usually use the binance exchange, although binance does not require KYC but it is too dangerous to leave my money without any protection so I decided to implement KYC.
With the exception of Binance, I do not conduct KYC for any cryptocurrency exchange, if there are any transactions that require KYC to be able to participate in the transaction, I will definitely ignore it.

I only do that if absolutely necessary. I have done KYC in some exchangers, but to be honest, I have completely avoided using my personal data. but, for new developments, it seems like it's worth it. it's about the business of buying and selling if it's absolutely necessary, I'll do it. because of this, I do not feel that I trade my privacy for crypto or bitcoin.

Would you be willing to trade your location, name, and any other private and personal details over BTCitcoin? Yes? No? Why?
I know many of us have already submitted countless documents to various cryptocurrency exchanges just to pass their KYC process and comply with AML but how far would someone be willing to give up just to get a part of that precious BTCitcoin?
We don't have any choice but to provide our personal information for us to be able to withdraw our funds from exchanges and we all know that some of them are has limits in terms of making a withdrawal on our account and it really inconvenience on our end if we didn't get our funds in time.

Providing our personal information is really risky because it might use against us and could be identity theft.

I think that's not fair because even the bitcoin has a very volatile price there is a possibility that your income will fall too and also the information of each individual is very important. Today they use the information of other people to hack their bank accounts, identify where do you live, where you work and how much money you can earn monthly. By that just simple information, they can make a hilarious crime by using your identity and also you will be the one who finds by the people because they use your name and all of your information to commit a crime. As a friendly reminder, even the price of the bitcoin is very high and good don't sell your information to them because it is like your like change to tons of money, but you cannot live well because of the danger you can face if they use your information.

the title a little bit misleading lol

i thought it is kind of get through the kyc and get rewarded by some bitcoins haha , eventhough i do really love my privacy but when it comes to have no choice to completed the kyc in order to be able start buying bitcoin i think it is just fair and worth the risk.

but in case there is a lot of option available to buy bitcoin without have to provide those documents, hell no.
i do anything to acquire bitcoin.

That is not misleading lol, because most of the bounty needs KYC and I think that's one kind of selling your information for a bitcoin/altcoin, and sometimes when there's a new trading platform to exchange your bounty rewards, there's a need to pass KYC again. That is not good because I heard some news that those shady exchanges are selling their user info in exchange for money. We need to be cautious about our personal information. Just my opinion don't do KYC unless it's badly needed.
