It is very strange when Exchange does not process withdrawals without any explainations. I think you should choose top Exchanges like Binance or Coinbase to avoid such occasions in the future.

Did you reach the core team before to accuse them? Lots of exchange has a different problem. Like Mercatox they withdrawal process was so very slow. I think that problem was like that, Patience is the best way and talk them generously. |

Yes, the BCNEX team is manually withdrawing people's money! I don't know what happened, but it seems BCNEX is out of the fund, as the admin said you can't withdraw more than 50$, if you do, that will be rejected! I have withdrawn 48$, but it's still pending, admin adam saying our admin will process your withdrawal, so, it's totally manual now, which is sucks! I have 350$ worth token there, feeling bad with their procedure! |

hearing news like this is very sad, especially with the BCNEX project you are referring to. but I heard that someone or one of the prize hunters on this project must pass through KYC to be able to withdraw BCNEX tokens or coins to your personal wallet.
Nothing too special, most bounty now requires participants to complete KYC before they want to receive tokens or sell it. So their bounty is not scam, they had a great bounty and a lot of participants had an income from it. I successfully withdraw money after waiting about ten hours, currently, BCNEX only opens the withdrawal function for 4 currencies, BCNX, BTC, ETH and USDT the remaining currencies will be opened sooner. Perhaps they are delayed due to a technical problem.  |

Withdrawals are now available for 4 currencies recently if I am not mistaken and I have already withdrawn without any problem.
So for those who like to withdraw their money in the exchange, you should do it now as the withdrawal have been enabled already for btc,eth,bcnex and usdt base on their announcement but I only tried eth so far and I didn't experience any problem as I have received my funds in an almost instant.

That kinda sucks, OP.
You should probably move this to scam accusation thread.
This is uncommon for some exchanges. This is why I advise many people to not hodl their coins in an unknown exchange or not that widely known exchange.
You could try to get in touch with them because they seemingly froze your account there.

It is amazing how slowly and incomprehensibly the proceedings are taking place with this exchange. This is despite the fact that the exchange is going to conduct IEO on its exchange. Only those people who did it in small transactions could withdraw money. Approval of the withdrawal is manual - this means that the exchange has big problems with liquidity.
