How does this Dash Evolution helps common Dash users? When I say common, I mean those users who are not knowledgeable on the technical aspects.

Dash Evolution will introduce blockchain usernames, where users can simply create an username for themselves that will be stored on the Dash blockchain and can then make payments to other
users by adding them to a friends list and sending payments to their usernames. The whole awkward dealing with long Dash public addresses will be over, it will just be interactions from one user
to another and their usernames can be used across Dash different platforms (Mobile Android / Ios apps / Windows / Linux / MAC / Internet).
This is great for people who have little technical background on crypto, they should get a similar experience as with making traditional payments through payment apps like Venmo.
DashPay (Dash first dApp) is largely inspired by Venmo and will also be introduced to the Dash community. Dash advantages with DashPay : decentralized, ease of use, low costs, instant payment confirmation,
instant re spendable, familiar look.
This is a time where Dash will slowly transform from just a (payment-focussed) cryptocurrency to a crypto platform, where developers and merchants can test and implement all kinds of decentralized services
for Dash and have their data output stored on the Dash blockchain. All the while maintaining a strong focus on payments and making Dash more accessible to mainstream users.
Hopefully more developers will create their own dApps, store their data on the Dash blockchain and thereby create more use cases for Dash.
