Hi, warning for everyone.

I try to make withdrawal other day and they say i broke rule. I asked how i broke the rule however they just keep saying in violation of term 4.5 but this is not possible, i found link to site here at the weekend and do not use vpn or anything like this.

I deposited 34mbtc in 2 days and my last deposit was lucky. When i asked to withdraw 55 mbtc they refuse and stole all winnings since last deposit, wasn't even using bonus on last deposit.

Terms 4.5 is about duplicate account or most people here call is multi accounts.
If you are suspected to have duplicate account or multi accounts, they should provide at least a valid proof that you break this term.
On the other side, in the worst case, your deposit might be refunded as per their terms 4.5.2 as quoted below:

4.5.2 we may, at our entire discretion, void all winnings and refund all deposits (less amounts in respect of void winnings) made in respect of that Duplicate Account and, to the extent not recovered by us from the relevant Duplicate Account, any amounts to be refunded to us by You in respect of a Duplicate Account may be recovered by us directly from any other of Your Accounts (including any other Duplicate Account); or

Do you get the refund? Or all your balance being forfeited?
If you think that you did not break this term as what they accuse you, I suggest you to open a scam accusation thread.
This way may help you to get a better solution because of the power of this forum.

The casino only leave 6mbtc in my account which was the amount i added with my last deposit. The terms say they will refund all deposits but they did not, i think it is just excuse.

I asked how i broke rule 4.5 but they just sent same email with no explanation, i definitely only have one account here because i only saw it this week!

The player was opening duplicate accounts to take advantage of the bonuses, We have his IP address linked to other accounts. He was refunded his deposit to withdraw, we do not allow players to defraud the casino.

Seriously? 3.5 months ago, and you complain it today? Have you just remembered about this deposit recently? Probably showing your deposit address on the site in a screenshot will be better. I do not mean to say that you are lying, but just wanna suggest you to provide additional proof so we can see that above address is indeed the address of this casino.

1. I did not have more than one account.
2. The money you took was not won from bonus, all winnings were from deposit without bonus.
3. Even if were multiple accounts (which were not) terms say all deposits will be refunded but you stole them. Only gave back last deposit.

This is a common thing on such deposit bonus. You'll find the same on other casinos, did not you read the terms of the bonus before taking it?
I guess so, if you did read it then you wont complain. I have no experience with this site but if in case they have no clear terms about the bonus, you are right to complain.
Always read everything before deciding to take something especially deposit bonus.

ok, I don't wanna wager in live dealer, I just wanted to play in roulette without executing wagering requirements.
They do NOT write - "You can NOT use bonus in Live dealer". They write - "You can't use roulette for wagering requirements".

I registered on the site a few days ago and I have to say it is one of the easiest and fastest signups I have done of all the casinos where I have registered before. A problem you might have is that you are not verifying the password that was typed at the beginning and if people made a typo, they might be locked out of their account.  

I also read all of the previous posts and I see you are saying that you do not require withdrawals to Crypto... but are there a limit to the amount that can be withdrawn to Crypto currencies? (Let's say I win a large Jackpot, would you block me from withdrawing that amount in Crypto currencies?)
