I came to this forum to learn because I want to learn many things. First of all, my goal is to gain knowledge. And I want to be a Legendary Member. And I have no specific goal for merit. My personal goal is to create a cryptocurrency myself. But it requires huge knowledge. So I want to learn through this forum. I hope to start building my cryptocurrency from next year. So I need support from everyone. Thank you so much for giving such an opportunity.

I target to reach Full member rank soon at the beginning of 2020. And maybe higher ranks (Sr above). What I need to do: having a better quality in making posts and improve knowledge. For the next year, the minimum target is reaching Full Member and the maximum target is to become Sr Member. I think this is my reasonable hope in the next year.

I don't have any goals as far as ranking up or anything like that, but I would like to distribute more merits next year.  I'm not off to a good start in December, unfortunately, as I've been extremely lazy this month.  Guess you don't have to start working on new years' resolutions until the new year comes, though.  Lol.

OP, is that the anniversary artwork badge under your username?  I've never seen that image before, and I'm assuming it is.  I was wondering what some of these badges would look like and this would be the first time I saw one.  Interesting.

that's thoughtful of you, my target in this concluding year is that i should get to the hero member cadre before the end of the year, i couldn't meet up.at the middle i got bored,very few meaningful bounty and the bearish, so i was not making much  effort.the next year, i hope to get better at trading, have my rank increased and make more money than 2018 and 2019.

1. Get to learn a little more technical aspects of bitcoin and Bitcoin Lightning Network. I am not a dev or coder or even enrolled in any computer or information Technology related courses but i just hope to get to know a little more than the basics which can help me easily explain to other people who totally no knowledge about bitcoin. Pooya87 inspires me a lot. He said somewhere that he learnt bitcoin technical knowledge from scratch

2. Hopefully i become a Hero Member by Feb 2020. My progress has been slow but i know i will get there one day.

3. Make friends in the forum. Many are anonymous here but that doesn't change the fact that there is a human being behind that Keyboard. I would love to have healthy relationships with members and avoid grudges as much as possible,

4. Keep the forum clean from scammers... I will try to burst more scam. Nothing annoys me here like Scammers.

~. There is no target for a higher rank for me, except to restore the Bitcointalk Forum to the way it was in its heyday.

I dont mind or rush up to rank yet i know that it would really take some time.One thing for sure is that, i would continue to give out my best to contribute into this forum.

-Mainly stacking sats, buying dips, HODL what I have.

I mostly attend the local section of bitcointalk (plus some threads of some alt), but for the new year I would like to try to follow the main section a little, especially the meta here: I lurked it a bit between yesterday and today and I have seen many interesting threads so I have decided that I will come here a little too.

From a technical point of view - on the other hand - I would be interested in studying lightning networks: I see that its use is increasing but I have not yet had the opportunity to investigate how it works.

Read more informative posts and less of forum related arguments or drama (I hope).

Try to focus on boards like Bitcoin Technical Support, Development & Technical Discussion + sub-board, and maybe spend more time in WO.

Ranking up is a by-product of good posts.
You can't produce good posts if you have little knowledge.
That's how I look at it.

My primary target in this forum will be at least reaching hero member rank before the end since last year I learned about how to make the posts which could be helpful for others and also merit deserving posts so I am earning more frequently compared to three months before.

Another target will be getting more knowledge about TA of crypto trading and also planned to do more trading activities.

Be more active on B&H and service discussion sections.

I am happy I managed to obtain the Full Member rank in 2019! I'll do my best to reach Senior when the activity will allow me (in April 2020); of course, hoping I will earn the merits needed as well.

I will try to revitalize somehow the Romanian board, which has so few posts lately. I don't know how I can do that, because even 2 merits giveaways I organized there didn't determine users to become active. But I will keep trying.

In the international sections (mostly Beginners & Help) I will keep try to raise awareness about the anarchic concepts behind crypto and about the history of the early crypto anarchists - the Cypherpunks, which are the founding fathers of this phenomena (for example, articles like this one).

At the beginning of last year 2018 I started a similar thread and asked others to write out goals since it has been scientifically proven that when goals are written out, it increases your chances of achieving those goals. These were the goals I wrote and adjusted them as time went on;

2018 wasn't that bad for me but it wasn't my best either so I hope for better days ahead. I'm just an average dude,
trying to espace the rat race by earning my way to financial freedom through cryptocurrency.

MY 2019 GOALS

• To achieve Full member Senior member Hero member rank
• To increasing my crypto portfolio to $100k
• To earn aleast 150 merits 250 merits 500 merits in 2019
• To increase my asset portfolio to 90% bitcoin
• To continue eating right and get a more fit body

Hopping for the best in 2019.

By his grace plus my dedication i was able to achieve all my goal except just 1 which was the second goal so I'll be moving that to 2020 although the goal involving my asset portfolio has reduce due to my frequent cashing out bitcoin to fiats for my needs in hard times.

In 2020 I'll continue to pursue my financial freedom, through investing wisely and my signature privilege has also contributed massively as I reinvest 80-90% of my monthly earning. So hopefully that dream of mine will become a reality in 2020. On the forum, I hope to impact more users through my posts, as that's a core reason of been productive on the forum, the rest are secondary.

the plan for 2020?  I may will build a HYIP website and get lots of dollars with it 

the goal in 2020 for me, I finally aware, learned that Altcoin, mining, staking, tokens/smart contracts, dividend cryptocurrencies, ponzy nor HYIP do not guarantee lasting benefits as long as we are users  . so I might try to be the inverse, which is to become a producer

Thank you so much, it can be one of the motivations that make me do much better again.
Well, I'm still learning and trying to be better member of this forum and trying to reach my expectations in the crypto world. I ever said that I was a bad poster in the past (only focus on fulfilling the criteria for bounty). And now, this is the chance for me to start working better, to be a better member ( not only a quick poster). Hopefully, I can be better again and again.
