I don't know much about the issue between Lauda and TECSHARE, but I agree with TECSHARE.
Both TECSHARE and Lauda have the right to defend themselves.
There are many accusations in Reputation and "Scam Accusations" boards. All the users involved in them have the right to defend themselves.
